Ігоря Сікорського, 2025) Korohodova, OlenaThis article examines the application of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms in intellectual property (IP) disputes within the European Union and their impact on the development of an innovative and competitive economy. The research aims to deepen theoretical and methodological foundations of ADR in this field, analyze key EU regulations, and explore the prospects of mediation and arbitration in transnational disputes. Key EU regulations, including Directive 2008/52/ EC, Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012, and others, are analyzed. The study identifies ADR’s advantages for both the EU and Ukraine’s national economy. It highlights the key features of mediation, such as voluntariness, confidentiality, flexibility, economic efficiency, and business orientation, and the arbitration mechanism in transnational IP disputes. In this study, we will try to identify and evaluate the main areas of cooperation between China and Ukraine; determine the main directions and forms of cooperation between Ukraine and China; analyze the development of political relations between Ukraine and China at the government level; and understand the current situation of economic cooperation between Ukraine and China. main issues and prospects. The transformation of emergency response mechanisms since 2014 and after the full-scale invasion in February 2022 is analyzed. Specific features of crisis management during active hostilities are considered, including rapid public notification about missile and bomb attacks, organization of civilian evacuation from combat zones, intensification of SESU pyrotechnic units’ work, establishment of secure digital radio communication, development of action algorithms in case of destruction of electricity and water supply systems. Preventive measures for ensuring population safety, threat monitoring, increasing population preparedness level, coordination between government agencies, local self-government bodies and international partners are analyzed. The study was conducted using a quantitative methodology based on a structured, self-administered online questionnaire (CAWI method). The survey covered 12 territorial communities, with 510 completed responses collected between March and July 2025. The structure of the report includes a detailed description of the research methodology, followed by the Codebook section outlining variable definitions and questionnaire structure. The Research Findings section presents aggregated data and key trends observed in the responses. This is followed by an Analytical Report that interprets the results in the context of community resilience, institutional trust, individual preparedness, and communication systems during emergencies. The Conclusions summarize the key insights and outline areas for potential improvement in crisis management and civic engagement. This study focuses on the topic of the green economy, its evolution, legislative changes in European countries and the agenda of international organizations in relation to the European Green Deal. The authors emphasize the opportunities and challenges from a technological point of view for the countries of the European Union in transitioning to a green economy according to the European Green Deal. Comparison of the results with the trends identified in the literature review are given. The factors of innovative development in the modern green economy and sustainable development are described. The first priority tasks and new opportunities for innovation in the national economy under the influence of Industry 4.0 and the provisions of the European Green Deal are characterized. A study of papers devoted to the researched problem allowed for classification of historical periods of development, determination, and evaluation of the path of green growth. A comparative analysis of green growth indicators developed by the Organization for Economic Coopera tion and Development was conducted. It was established that leaders in terms of criteria for the most efficient and sustainable use of resources in 2019 are Sweden and Denmark; level of protection of natural capital – Slovakia and Croatia; impact on environmental state and ecological assets – Czech Republic and Germany; effectiveness of green growth state policy – Sweden, Netherlands, and Denmark. The article noted that Ukraine had rather low results in terms of the most efficient and sustainable use of resources, and the impact of the state of the environment and ecological assets. At the same time, our country demon strated high results in terms of the level of protection of natural capital and the effectiveness of the state green growth policy. The authors defined a system of effective tools for state regulation of innovative activity in the field of green economy, namely: tax incentives, increased state financing of technological and innovative activities, development of innovation-oriented culture.
