Документ Відкритий доступ A Coordination Mechanism for Parallel Learning between Higher Educational Institutions in Different Countries Worldwide(Sciedu Press, 2023) Makatora, Dmytro; Zenkin, Mykola; Mykhalko, Anastasiia; Kovalоv, Yuriі; Pleshko, SergeyEducational institutions are a unique system, much more complex than other areas of economic and social life (security, transportation, communications), as it is closely linked to all industries, as well as spiritual and material aspects of both the past and the present. Each country has its mechanism for organizing its educational system. The most powerful initiators of changes in the education system are not its problems or needs but external factors, primarily priorities and requirements for education and upbringing that arise in connection with the country’s inclusion in the common movement of the world community, changes in production, culture, social and security spheres, etc. Therefore, all trends in higher education take into account, on the one hand, the priorities of preserving the cultural diversity of national educational systems and, on the other hand, the tasks of improving international cooperation, student mobility, and employment in the international community. In the course of the research, systemic-structural, comparative, logical, and linguistic methods, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abstraction, and idealization in the processing of scientific information were applied to study and process materials on parallel learning between HEIs around the world. During the research, the most important trends in the study of issues related to parallel learning in higher educational institutions around the world have been outlined. Moreover, based on the questionnaire survey results, the standpoint of university heads and teachers, as well as scholars studying the mechanisms of higher education in different countries of the world, on certain practical aspects have been revealed.Документ Відкритий доступ Acoustic Emission Control of Compounds with Interference, Which Are Assembled by Thermal Method(Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra, Slovakia, 2025) Zenkin, Mykola; Lisovets, Serhii; Makatora, Dmytro; Kosiba, JánAcoustic emission control means for tension connections are proposed. The features of the contact zone, such as the gas gap between the shaft and the bushing and the penetration of microroughnesses of the shaft surface into the bushing surface, are considered. It is shown that the main indicator of such compounds is total acoustic emission. It has been established that with increasing tension, the maximum intensity of acoustic emission signals is observed earlier, and their amplitude becomes larger. In addition, it has been found that total acoustic emission depends on the strength of joints and the magnitude of total acoustic emission can determine this strength. The paper presents the results of studies of several series of experimental and field samples. It has been established that the greater the intensity of acoustic emission signals and the lower the total acoustic emission, the stronger the tension bonds. It has been established that there is no direct relationship between the intensity of acoustic emission signals and the contact surface area, but with an increase in the contact area, total acoustic emission also increases.Документ Відкритий доступ An innovative mechanism for managing the development of advertising content on educational platforms(AD ALTA-Journal of Interdisciplinary Research, 2022) Makatora, Dmytro; Lytvyn, Oleg; Makatora, Alona; Zenkin, MykolaThe current situation with the quarantine regime and measures aimed at combating COVID-19 has led to the intensification of the development of educational platforms by the private and public sectors, as well as scientific and public ones. The article considers the issues of reducing energy costs for the process of longitudinal cutting when using a knife blade with an arcuate cross-section. The analysis is carried out, the effective method of the analysis of influence of size of a backlash between generators of transporting rollers and size of distance from a vertical axis of rotation of transporting rollers to an edge of a knife blade with an arc-shaped cross section on the total size to determine the necessary settings in the machine of longitudinal cutting for felt, as well as to verify the reliability of analytical and experimental models of the process of longitudinal cutting with a knife with an arcuate cross-sectional shape. To determine the total amount of losses during longitudinal cutting of the material and the number of losses due to friction of the material on the face of a fixed knife with an arcuate crosssectional shape, as well as linear cutting force, a two-factor experiment was conducted for the study model. The obtained regression equations describe the total amount of losses during longitudinal cutting of the material and the number of losses due to friction of the material on the face of a stationary knife with an arcuate cross-section, suggest the adequacy of analytical and experimental models made earlier. Also make the necessary adjustments, namely, to adjust the degree of compression of the material and set the edge of the knife blade relative to the vertical axis of the transport rollers to reduce friction losses on the edge of the knife, which in turn reduces energy costs for longitudinal cutting. Comparing the total values of losses in the longitudinal cutting of the material of a knife with one-sided sharpening and a knife with an arcuate cross-section, allows you to talk about the feasibility of using a knife with an arcuate cross-section, which will reduce energy costs for the process.Документ Відкритий доступ Mechanism for the development of publishing houses' innovation potential(EDITORIAL PRIMMATE SAS, 2022) Makatora, Dmytro; Makatora, Alona; Zenkin, Mykola; Kovalоv, Yuriі; Pleshko, SergeyThis article aims to analyze the theoretical foundations of trends and directions of the publishing and printing industry and to develop a mechanism to optimize the innovation potential of one of the printing industry enterprises. The printing industry is characterized by high dynamics, strict production deadlines, significant financial risks, and constant interaction among various professional groups – editors, designers, technologists, marketers, and clients. Under such conditions, conflicts arise regularly and may have both constructive and destructive effects. Traditional approaches, which were largely limited to “firefighting” or suppressing disputes, have proven insufficiently effective, as they fail to take into account the psychological aspects of interaction, the emotional responses of participants, and the systemic causes of recurring conflicts. The purpose of the study is to develop and substantiate a system for managing interpersonal conflicts in printing companies that integrates contemporary psychological, communication, and organizational management methods. The methodological framework is based on systemic, cognitive-behavioral, and human-centered approaches, which makes it possible to integrate psychological, organizational, and economic tools into a unified management model. The study employs a comparative analysis of modern methods, including the “conflict as a resource” strategy (Positive Conflict), interest-based negotiations (Harvard Negotiation Project), the cognitive-behavioral approach, EQ management, facilitation, coaching, and nonviolent communication. The article synthesizes the key competencies of a manager that directly affect the economic efficiency of an enterprise. These competencies are transformed into tangible benefits for the company – from reducing costs and downtime to improving product quality and strengthening client trust. In particular, competencies related to working with clients and contractors generate the greatest economic effect, whereas facilitation and the “conflict as a resource” strategy ensure strategic development and innovation. Conflict prevention through communication is also essential, as it promotes process transparency and reduces the number of crisis situations. The practical orientation of the study is realized through examples of printing projects in which conflicts arise due to differing professional perspectives, tight deadlines, and financial risks. It is demonstrated how the application of brainstorming, clarifying questions, collaborative modelling, or interest-based negotiations makes it possible to transform disputes into a source of innovative solutions. This proves that conflict can be not only a point of risk but also a point of growth for a company, stimulating creativity, competence development, and the formation of a culture of trust. In summary, the article argues that effective management of interpersonal conflicts in printing companies should be multi-level: from emotional stabilization to the systemic elimination of root causes, from interest-based negotiations to using conflict as a resource for innovation. The proposed model provides a dual outcome: economic benefits in the short term and strategic value in the long term – namely, the development of a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional maturity within the team.Документ Відкритий доступ Modern trends in the development of mechanisms of the functional group of drive knives of cutting machines(International Science Group, 2025-03-07) Zenkin, Mykola; Makatora, Dmytro; Karpeshko, AndriiДокумент Відкритий доступ Monitoring the quality of the surface layer of parts restored by various hardening methods(Scientific and Practical Conference, 2022-05-06) Zenkin, Mykola; Makatora, DmytroДокумент Відкритий доступ Organizational and Economic Mechanism of Improving Energy Costs in the Technological and Process Constant of the Printing Industry(Vytautas Magnus University Agriculture Academy, 2024-12-16) Makatora, Dmytro; Makatora, Alona; Zenkin, Mykola; Mykhalko, Anastasiia; Shostachuk, OleksandrThe printing sphere of economic activity refers to energy-consuming industries, which determines the implementation of an organizational and economic mechanism for improving the use of energy costs in technological processes.
