dc.description.abstracten	The following elements of internet communication are revealed: author and consumer of the message, the message itself, communication channel, factors that prevents communication or corrupt information; limitations that are applied to information. The following advantages of network communication are revealed: interactivity, using of multimedia, simplicity and speed of updating information, possibility to copy and print text, archive and catalogize big volume of data; possibility to get more information using hyperlinks, advanced search way. The following violation of network communication ethic: spam, flame, trolling, flood, offtopic, caps. Problems of network communication such as violation of literature rules, activities of financial swindlers, activities of different desinfomers, availability of illegal goods and services are described. Threads related to disclosure of private and confidential information are described. Rules of safe use of the network are established.	uk
