Abstract

The article deals with the role of psychological emotional component, which emerges on the basis of the extralinguistic dominant feature. Catching attention of a person, an extralinguistic dominant feature engenders a number of emotions, which results in the formation of new language units. Such language units are typical of the non-standard language and have a potential for further word formation by means of metaphors, compounding, affixation, etc.
