dc.description.abstractuk	В дипломному проекті розглянуто генератор шумових сигналів в міліметровому діапазоні на базі лавино-пролітного діоду. Метою роботи було спрощення способу модуляції вихідного сигналу та підвищенні швидкодії генератора. Для цього було розроблено схему електричну принципову пристрою, друковану плату та конструкцію корпуса блоку живлення, обґрунтовано вибір елементної бази. Проведено перевірку отриманих параметрів на відповідність ТЗ, зокрема, представлені результати розрахунку показників надійності. Результатом виконаної роботи є конструкторська документація, необхідна для виготовлення розробленого генератора шуму.	uk
dc.description.abstracten	In the diploma project the generator of noise signals in the millimeter range on the basis of the avalanche-span diode is considered. The purpose of work with methods of simplification of modulation of an output signal and increase of speed of coding of the generator. For this purpose the scheme of the electric basis of the device, the printed circuit board and a design of the case of the power supply unit, in general the chosen element of the basis was developed. The obtained parameters were checked for the response of the vehicle, if the results of the calculation of reliability indicators are presented. The result of the work performed is the design documentation that is not received for the manufacture of a sample noise generator.	uk
