It is noted that the effectiveness of a lawyer's activity depends on his ability to quickly and clearly respond to practical problems, professionally solve them, analyze and evaluate them. The skills and abilities that each person acquires in the process of learning, and then improves the flow of life - to be able to ask relevant questions, build proofs, draw analogies, put forward hypotheses, explain are presented.
