The general requirements for educational programs, qualifications, the relationship between theory and practice, key pedagogical approaches (inclusion, and research), as well as modern challenges related to staff shortages, reforms, and the need for continuous professional development are considered. The methodology includes an analysis of official documents, Eurydice reports, and web resources of specialized higher education institutions.
