It is substantiated that the effective management of production stocks is a necessary condition for the creation of financial reserves to ensure the financial stability of the enterprise. The main types of computer programs used for inventory management at enterprises are analyzed. The characteristics of the latest integrated ABM Inventory management system are given, its advantages over existing systems are emphasized. A comprehensive approach to inventory management in procurement and logistics departments using special training, courses and trainings is important.
