The important point here is the moment of the first public attribution of charisma, i.e. the initial recognition of a public person as a charismatic leader in media or in social networks. Discursive portrayal of potential charismatic leaders in German and Ukrainian grassroots initiatives and singling out of their contrastive features are based on four parameters (biological, social, psychological, discursive) that form their charismatic discourse portraits.
