Документ Відкритий доступ Positive mood as a productivity factor: a project management methodology for printing companies and its economic feasibility(Khmelnytskyi National University, 2026-04-30) Makatora, Alona; Makatora, Dmytro; Kubanov, RuslanThe article addresses the problem of ensuring a positive mood among employees of a printing company as a strategic resource that links personnel’s psychological well-being with the enterprise’s economic efficiency. In contemporary conditions of intense competition, digital transformation, and constant stress, employees’ emotional state becomes a decisive factor in productivity, accuracy of task performance, and the stability of production processes. A positive mood is increasingly viewed not as a by-product of a comfortable work environment but as a key factor of a company’s competitiveness. The purpose of the study is to provide a scientific justification and practical modelling of a methodology for ensuring a positive mood among employees of a printing company, based on the integration of three areas: adaptation to negative emotions through the theory of micro-hobbies, the application of time-management techniques, and the development of self-motivation. The methodology is theoretically grounded in cognitive-behavioural psychology and concepts of self-regulation and intrinsic motivation, and in practice it is manifested in a 10-15% increase in productivity, a 15-20% reduction in staff turnover, and a 20-25% saving of resources. The methodological framework of the study is defined by an interdisciplinary approach that combines psychological, pedagogical, and economic concepts. The research employs analysis and synthesis of scientific sources, comparative analysis of practices of global and Ukrainian companies, systematization of cases from the printing industry, and economic modelling of effectiveness. Practical research tools include tables, checklists, and step-by-step plans for project managers. The results of the study demonstrate that the implementation of the methodology provides a dual effect: maintaining employees’ emotional balance and generating economic benefits for the company. In particular, adaptation through micro-hobbies enables rapid restoration of internal balance and reduces the number of conflicts; time management ensures a structured working day and timely order fulfilment; self-motivation activates employees’ internal resources and supports their energy and confidence. The methodology is of particular importance for project management in a printing company, where accuracy, timeliness, and team interaction are critically important. It helps the project manager ensure process stability, avoid deadline failures, and increase the team’s level of creativity. In the long term, the methodology contributes to the formation of a corporate culture focused on supporting emotional well-being, mutual trust, and innovativeness. Thus, the study proves that employees’ positive mood is not only a psychological factor but also a strategic resource that ensures the sustainable development of a printing company, its economic efficiency, and its competitiveness in the market.Документ Відкритий доступ Methodological framework of customer orientation in a modern printing company(Видавничий дім "Гельветика", 2026-04-14) Makatora, Alona; Makatora, Dmytro; Kubanov, RuslanThe article examines the methodological framework of customer orientation in a modern printing company, which is formed through the integration of classical management concepts and advanced technologies. It is demonstrated that under conditions of increasing competition and rapid market changes, traditional management models fail to ensure an adequate level of efficiency and customer loyalty. The necessity of developing an integrative system that combines the CRM approach, the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean management, innovation management, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) is substantiated. The results of the study indicate that the comprehensive implementation of customer-oriented strategies in combination with technological innovations enables printing enterprises not only to meet modern market requirements but also to form a stable system of relationships with customers, which is a key factor of success in the twenty-first century.Документ Відкритий доступ Methodological toolkit of a printing company project manager: managing interpersonal conflicts(Khmelnytskyi National University, 2026) Makatora, Alona; Makatora, Dmytro; Zenkin, Mykola; Karpeshko, Andrii; Kubanov, RuslanThe article is devoted to the study of managing interpersonal conflicts in printing companies as a key issue of modern management. The printing industry is characterized by high dynamics, strict production deadlines, significant financial risks, and constant interaction among various professional groups – editors, designers, technologists, marketers, and clients. Under such conditions, conflicts arise regularly and may have both constructive and destructive effects. Traditional approaches, which were largely limited to “firefighting” or suppressing disputes, have proven insufficiently effective, as they fail to take into account the psychological aspects of interaction, the emotional responses of participants, and the systemic causes of recurring conflicts. The purpose of the study is to develop and substantiate a system for managing interpersonal conflicts in printing companies that integrates contemporary psychological, communication, and organizational management methods. The methodological framework is based on systemic, cognitive-behavioral, and human-centered approaches, which makes it possible to integrate psychological, organizational, and economic tools into a unified management model. The study employs a comparative analysis of modern methods, including the “conflict as a resource” strategy (Positive Conflict), interest-based negotiations (Harvard Negotiation Project), the cognitive-behavioral approach, EQ management, facilitation, coaching, and nonviolent communication. The article synthesizes the key competencies of a manager that directly affect the economic efficiency of an enterprise. These competencies are transformed into tangible benefits for the company – from reducing costs and downtime to improving product quality and strengthening client trust. In particular, competencies related to working with clients and contractors generate the greatest economic effect, whereas facilitation and the “conflict as a resource” strategy ensure strategic development and innovation. Conflict prevention through communication is also essential, as it promotes process transparency and reduces the number of crisis situations. The practical orientation of the study is realized through examples of printing projects in which conflicts arise due to differing professional perspectives, tight deadlines, and financial risks. It is demonstrated how the application of brainstorming, clarifying questions, collaborative modelling, or interest-based negotiations makes it possible to transform disputes into a source of innovative solutions. This proves that conflict can be not only a point of risk but also a point of growth for a company, stimulating creativity, competence development, and the formation of a culture of trust. In summary, the article argues that effective management of interpersonal conflicts in printing companies should be multi-level: from emotional stabilization to the systemic elimination of root causes, from interest-based negotiations to using conflict as a resource for innovation. The proposed model provides a dual outcome: economic benefits in the short term and strategic value in the long term – namely, the development of a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional maturity within the team.Документ Відкритий доступ Use of the eq-management concept in client interaction as a professional-applied guideline for a printing company project manager(Видавничий дім "Гельветика", 2026) Makatora, Alona; Makatora, Dmytro; Kubanov, RuslanThe study systematizes the main elements of EQ-management (self-awareness, self-control, motivation, empathy, social skills, adaptability, and conflict competence) and demonstrates their practical application in the printing industry. Based on case studies, it is proven that the use of these elements enables managers to transform conflict situations into a resource for development, reduce the risk of escalation, optimize costs, and build long-term customer trust. Effective EQ-management techniques are summarized separately, including active listening, emotional validation, “I-messages,” reframing, clarification questions, empathic reflection, adaptive style, and constructive facilitation. The top three techniques that form the core of practice are identified: active listening combined with emotional validation, clarification questions combined with reframing, and facilitation with win-win negotiations.Документ Відкритий доступ Communication Standards in Client Relations: Checklists for Publishing and Printing Project Managers(НДЦ індустріальних проблем розвитку НАН України, Харківський національний економічний університет ім. С. Кузнеця, 2025-12-31) Makatora, Alona; Makatora, Dmytro; Kubanov, RuslanThe article addresses the issue of forming and implementing communication standards in client relations of publishing and printing companies operating in a modern competitive environment. It is emphasized that the quality of communication between managers and clients is a determining factor in a company’s success, as it directly affects project deadlines, budget performance, and the organization’s reputation. The lack of systemic approaches to communication leads to misunderstandings, conflicts, and client loss, which is particularly critical for small enterprises with limited resources. The aim of the study is to develop and substantiate a system of communicative checklists as a practical tool for project managers, enabling the standardization of interaction processes, reduction of conflict levels, and improvement of customer service quality. The methodological framework combines systemic, activity-based, and communicative approaches, as well as methods of analysis and synthesis of scientific sources, comparative analysis of international ISO standards and corporate regulations, case studies, and empirical monitoring. The study summarizes contemporary research on corporate culture, the development of soft skills, and the application of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) in management. It is shown that international ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) provide a formalized quality management system and transparency of communication processes; corporate regulations shape interaction culture and company identity; and the development of soft skills (emotional intelligence, active listening, negotiation skills) enhances managerial efficiency. Hybrid models that combine formal standards with psychological tools create a comprehensive approach to communication management. The practical part of the study is implemented using the example of a small publishing and printing company, where a system of communicative checklists was introduced in several stages: problem diagnosis, manager training, checklist development and application, and result monitoring. Empirical data confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed methodology: the number of client complaints decreased by 25–40%, the share of repeat clients increased by 10–15%, the level of satisfaction with communication rose by 20–25%, and the number of new orders grew by 20–30%. The article also presents applied tools for managers: the mini-card “Stop – Clarify – Agree” and the pocket card “5 Steps of Communication”, which enable rapid responses to conflict situations, stress reduction, and consistency of actions. These tools combine formal standards with psychological techniques, making communication more flexible, empathetic, and result-oriented. Thus, the study demonstrates that introducing a system of communication standards and checklists in publishing and printing companies is an efficient means of improving the quality of client relations, reducing conflict, and building competitive advantages. The results have practical significance for small and medium-sized enterprises seeking to ensure the stability of their client base, growth in orders, and a positive image in the printing services market.Документ Відкритий доступ EU Regulatory and Technical Foundations for Construction Materials: Economic Rationale for Integrating Standards and Regulations into Architectural and Construction Projects(НДЦ індустріальних проблем розвитку НАН України, Харківський національний економічний університет ім. С. Кузнеця, 2026-01-31) Mykhalko, Anastasiia; Kubanov, Ruslan; Denysiuk, Olga; Makatora, DmytroThe article examines the regulatory and technical foundations for the use of construction materials in the European Union and substantiates the economic efficiency of integrating European standards and regulations into the activities of Ukrainian architectural and construction companies. It is shown that the contemporary development of the sector takes place under conditions of deep integration into the European economic space; however, a gap remains between the existing national standards and EU requirements. This gap complicates the entry of Ukrainian companies into the international market and reduces their competitiveness. The article analyses the evolution of European construction policy, beginning with the “New Approach” of 1985, which laid the foundations for simplifying access to the internal market and for the transition from detailed technical specifications to essential requirements. It is determined that the subsequent “Global Approach” complemented these principles by focusing on conformity assessment of products against standards. This created favourable conditions for innovation, the development of a competitive environment, and the formation of a unified system of requirements for construction materials. Particular attention is paid to key EU standards: EN Eurocodes (EN 1990–1999), EU Regulation No. 305/2011 (CPR), EN 206 (Concrete), EN 771 (Masonry Units), EN 13163 (Thermal insulation products), EN 14081 (Timber structures), EN 1090 (Steel structures), EN 15804 (Environmental Product Declarations), and EN 13501 (Fire classification). These standards define requirements for strength, durability, energy efficiency, environmental performance, and the safety of construction materials. For Ukrainian companies, their implementation signifies not only an improvement in product quality but also access to the European market, participation in international tenders, and the formation of a positive corporate image. The article presents examples of harmonisation of EU standards with Ukrainian DSTU standards, which already cover concrete, masonry products, thermal insulation, timber, steel, fire safety, and environmental declarations. At the same time, it is emphasised that the process of adapting the Eurocodes and the CPR remains incomplete and requires a systemic approach. The absence of a unified roadmap for standards integration leads to fragmented actions by companies that do not always recognise the strategic benefits of certification, CE marking, or environmental declarations. The methodological framework of the study is based on systemic, comparative, and economic-analytical approaches. The research employs methods of content analysis of regulatory documents, expert assessments, and case studies to examine practical examples of harmonisation. Statistical analysis of data on the implementation of EN 206, EN 771, EN 1090, and EN 15804 was applied, making it possible to quantitatively assess the effectiveness of their use. The results of the study demonstrate that the integration of EU standards into the activities of Ukrainian architectural and construction companies provides four key advantages: technical quality (durability and safety of structures), customer trust (process transparency, CE marking, environmental declarations), market access (participation in international tenders and projects), and economic benefits (reduced maintenance costs, resource optimisation, compliance with ESG requirements). Thus, EU standards function not only as a formal regulatory requirement but also as a strategic development instrument that enables Ukrainian companies to operate confidently, transparently, and efficiently in both domestic and external markets. The implementation of these standards is economically sound, reputationally advantageous, and strategically necessary for the sustainable development of Ukraine’s construction industry in the context of European integration.Документ Відкритий доступ Methodological support for effective website functioning in project-oriented architectural and construction companies(Khmelnytskyi National University, 2026-01-29) Kubanov, Ruslan; Kresan, Maksym; Makatora, DmytroIn the contemporary context of the development of the architectural and construction industry, a company’s website functions not only as an informational showcase but also as a multifunctional platform that ensures interactivity, transparency, and partnership dialogue among all participants in project-oriented activities. The problem lies in the fact that most companies limit themselves to a traditional approach to website development, focusing on a list of services and contact information, whereas modern trends require the creation of a collaborative ecosystem. The absence of interactive tools, feedback mechanisms, and opportunities for joint decision-making leads to informational isolation, a decline in trust, and reduced effectiveness of project implementation. The purpose of the study is to develop and substantiate the methodological foundations for creating and operating the website of an architectural and construction company as a platform for partnership dialogue, which makes it possible to transform the client from a passive consumer of information into an active co-creator of the result. The methodological framework of the research is based on the analysis of modern website development models (waterfall, spiral, Microsoft Solutions Framework, Walt Disney model), concepts of internet marketing and relationship marketing, as well as a systemic approach to considering the website as a partnership ecosystem. The study employs methods of analysis and synthesis of scientific sources, comparative analysis of models, content analysis of websites of leading Ukrainian and international companies (Archimatika, YOD Design Lab, BIG, Foster + Partners), as well as the case method to examine practical examples of integrating partnership technologies. The main results of the study consist in identifying the key directions for organizing partnership dialogue: communication transparency, interactivity, joint decision-making, systematic feedback, the use of BIM technologies, and the creation of an emotional component of interaction. Methodological recommendations regarding website structure are proposed, including the integration of client dashboards, online chats, cost calculators, multimedia materials, and localization tools for international clients. It is demonstrated that a website built on the principles of a partnership ecosystem becomes the economic foundation for company development, reduces risks, enhances communication efficiency, and fosters trust among participants in project activities. The scientific novelty of the work lies in a comprehensive approach to the methodological support of website functioning for an architectural and construction company, which combines technical models, marketing tools, and practice-oriented aspects of partnership. The practical significance consists in the possibility of using the proposed recommendations for developing websites that meet modern requirements of interactivity and transparency, as well as in shaping a new culture of communication in the field of architecture and construction. Thus, the study confirms that the website of an architectural and construction company should be considered as a platform for cooperation and dialogue, where technical structure is combined with genuine partnership, and the outcome becomes not only technical but also socio-economically significant.Документ Відкритий доступ Methodological support for assessing the quality of transition stages to european norms and standards in activities of an architectural and construction company(Київський національний університет технологій та дизайну, 2025) Kubanov, Ruslan; Makatora, Dmytro; Mykhalko, Anastasiia; Yakovenko, MarharytaThe article reveals the essence and components of the applied mechanism of methodological support for assessing the quality of the stages of transition of architectural and construction companies to European standards in the context of globalization, digitalization, and the requirements of sustainable development. Based on the analysis of international and national studies, the structure of an indicative assessment model has been substantiated that covers eight key areas of transformation: from regulatory adaptation and digital transformation to the implementation of ESG principles and certification in accordance with ISO. A formula for the integral indicator Q_total has been proposed, which makes it possible to track the overall progress of the company’s transformation. The toolkit is based on clearly defined indicators Q₁–Q₈, each of which evaluates a separate stage of adaptation. The algorithm of their calculation, practical application examples, and comparative analysis criteria have been substantiated. The study analyses open data from 10 leading Ukrainian companies that are implementing BIM, energy management systems, and international certifications. A comparative assessment with the German company ZÜBLIN AG made it possible to identify gaps in the implementation of digital and ESG components, which proved important for further improvement of the methodology. The material is illustrated with quantitative results in tables, goal achievement diagrams, and an applied interpretation of indicators as tools for managerial decision-making. A conclusion has been drawn about the expediency of applying the developed methodology for strategic monitoring, increasing investor trust, and preparing for participation in international tenders. The proposed approach makes it possible to form a systemic development scenario for an architectural and construction company in the context of European integration, to increase its competitiveness and compliance with sustainable development criteria. The methodology can be used both at the level of management audit and for educational and methodological purposes in the training of industry specialists.Документ Відкритий доступ Developing and applying communicative NLP rapport in the managerial practice of publishing and printing companies: a methodological perspective(Khmelnytskyi National University, 2025) Makatora, Alona; Makatora, Dmytro; Kubanov, RuslanThe article examines the methodology for the formation and application of communicative NLP rapport as a tool for enhancing the effectiveness of a manager’s professional activity in a publishing and printing company. The relevance of the study is determined by the growing need to improve managerial communication in the context of a dynamic production environment, where the quality of interpersonal interaction directly influences project outcomes, customer loyalty, and staff motivation. The study analyzes contemporary scientific sources that highlight the role of rapport as a technique for building trust, emotional connection, and alignment in managerial practice. Particular attention is paid to neuro linguistic programming (NLP) as a methodological foundation for developing the communicative competence of managers. The key NLP rapport techniques – mirroring, calibration, pacing, and reframing – have been identified, along with their adaptation to the specifics of the publishing and printing sector. It is noted that in the professional activity of a manager in a publishing and printing company, communicative NLP rapport can be effectively applied in a number of typical situations. For example, during the coordination of a technical layout with a designer, when it is important to quickly establish emotional contact and avoid conflicts. In communication with a dissatisfied client, rapport enables the reduction of tension and redirects the dialogue into a constructive channel. During coordination between the printing department and the editorial office, rapport techniques facilitate the precise transmission of instructions and reduce the number of revisions. In internal meetings, rapport helps the manager create an atmosphere of trust, which enhances motivation and team engagement. The article proposes an original model for implementing communicative NLP rapport, which includes staff training stages, the development of internal checklists, the use of a communication effectiveness assessment matrix, and regular coaching sessions. Economic efficiency modelling of the methodology implementation has been carried out, demonstrating a reduction in losses due to communication errors, shorter order coordination times, increased repeat client requests, and improved emotional climate within the team. The results of the study confirm the feasibility of integrating communicative NLP rapport into the system of professional training for managers, as well as into internal standards of personnel management and customer service. The proposed methodology can be adapted to other sectors of small business where interpersonal communication is a critical success factor. The article has practical value for executives, HR specialists, business trainers, and scholars who explore the humanistic aspects of management. Keywords: communicative rapport, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), professional communication, management in the publishing and printing industry, emotional intelligence, managerial interaction, customer loyalty, interpersonal trust, communication effectiveness, managerial process modelling.Документ Відкритий доступ Managerial Implementation of Neuro-Linguistic Programming in Architectural and Construction Companies: Systematization and Practical Aspects(Видавничий дім «ІНЖЕК», 2025) Makatora, Dmytro; Kubanov, Ruslan; Mykhalko, AnastasiiaThe scientific paper explores the theoretical and practical aspects of implementing neurolinguistic programming (NLP) in the management system of an architectural and construction company. The relevance of using NLP techniques to enhance management efficiency in the context of increasing competition and technological changes in the industry is substantiated. Key aspects of NLP application in management are systematized: communicative (techniques of effective verbal and non-verbal communication, methods of rapport establishment, calibration of behavioural patterns, influence strategies), managerial (modelling successful practices, decision-making technologies, motivation methods, planning tools), organizational (formation of corporate culture, change management, leadership development, optimization of group dynamics), developmental (personal growth methods, self-management techniques, overcoming limitations, development of emotional intelligence), and analytical (methods of data collection and analysis, experience modelling, performance evaluation, process diagnostics). Successful examples of NLP implementation in international and Ukrainian architectural and construction companies have been analysed, showing a positive impact on key performance indicators. However, it is revealed that most companies use NLP fragmentarily, focusing on isolated aspects of activity, which limits the potential effect of these techniques. Recommendations are proposed for the systematic implementation of NLP in architectural and construction companies, including pilot projects, ensuring consistent training, regular performance evaluation, adaptation of techniques to the specifics of the company, and the creation of a change support system. Key success factors have been identified: leadership support, systematic training, focus on practical application, regular monitoring of the results, and adaptation of methodologies. Prospective directions for further NLP development in the architectural and construction sector have been outlined: integration with digital technologies, development of industry standards, creation of performance evaluation systems, and advancement of adaptation methods for the specific needs of different types of construction projects. The emphasis is placed on the importance of developing an NLP training system for the industry, which includes the development of specialized training programs, the creation of a database of industry cases, and the formation of a professional community for experience exchange. Keywords: neurolinguistic programming, management, architectural and construction company, managerial efficiency, corporate culture, communication techniques, leadership potential, organizational development, emotional intelligence, change management.Документ Відкритий доступ Adapting architectural and construction companies to european norms and standards: recommendations and a step-by-step transition algorithm(Київський національний університет технологій та дизайну, 2025) Kubanov, Ruslan; Makatora, Dmytro; Mykhalko, AnastasiiaThe article is devoted to the theoretical and applied foundations of adapting architectural and construction companies to European norms and standards in the context of Ukraine’s strategic integration into the single economic, technical, and institutional space of the EU. The relevance of the study has been substantiated in connection with increasing regulatory pressure, requirements for operational transparency, digital transformation, and corporate social responsibility. Considering global challenges such as climate change, resource vulnerability, and sustainable development imperatives, the article emphasizes the need for a systematic approach to reforming the managerial, technical, organizational, and social subsystems of an architectural and construction company. It has been determined that the key frameworks for modernization are unified standards (EN Eurocodes, CPR, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and advanced construction concepts (nZEB, ESG, BIM, digital object passports). The scientific apparatus of the article presents a nine-stage algorithm for transitioning to European standards, which includes an audit of the current state, roadmap development, regulatory adaptation, digitalization, personnel transformation, institutional integration, quality certification, ESG implementation, and monitoring mechanisms. Each stage is accompanied by practical recommendations focused on gradual implementation of changes and effective use of internal and external resources. The methodology proposed by the authors is based on an interdisciplinary approach – the integration of architectural theory, ecological economics, digital engineering, risk management, and organizational psychology. Special attention is given to eight key areas of improvement. In the field of regulatory compliance, the focus is on the implementation of EN Eurocodes and CPR, which ensures access to European tenders and increases the investment attractiveness of the company. In the area of energy efficiency, the advantages of implementing certified solutions (BREEAM, LEED, nZEB concepts) are substantiated, as they reduce operational costs, increase market value of assets, and meet the environmental criteria for financing. Digital transformation is addressed through the integration of BIM, ERP/CRM, digital passports, and IoT systems, which enhance the accuracy, transparency, and interconnectivity of project and operational departments. Risk and performance management is presented as the implementation of financial modelling tools (NPV, IRR, CBA, sensitivity analysis), allowing for the optimization of managerial decision-making processes and increased project attractiveness for investors. Systemic personnel transformation, described as a separate improvement line, includes staff certification, introduction of an internal culture of continuous learning, and participation in international educational programs. Institutional integration is outlined through the establishment of partnerships with municipalities, academic institutions, civil society organizations, and European platforms (Horizon Europe, EU BIM Task Group, etc.). The area of quality management and certification emphasizes the gradual implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, which enhance the organizational maturity of the company and expand opportunities for participation in international projects. The final area is ESG orientation: implementation of sustainable development principles, inclusivity, transparent reporting, and social responsibility. The methodological basis of the study is formed using system-structural analysis, bibliometric review of publications (Web of Science, Scopus), benchmarking, SWOT analysis, empirical modelling, and logical-inductive synthesis. This made it possible to combine scientific theoretical conclusions with practical tools for their implementation in the management practice of an architectural and construction company.Документ Відкритий доступ Conceptualizing An Integrated Management And Innovation Model For Architectural And Construction Sector Development Within The Innovative, Organizational, Communicative And Economic Management Paradigm(Khmelnytskyi National University, 2025) Makatora, Dmytro; Kubanov, Ruslan; Mykhalko, AnastasiiaThe article substantiates and conceptualizes an integrated management and innovation model for the development of an architectural and construction company in the context of digital transformation, socio-economic challenges, and spatial renewal. The proposed approach is based on the application of the innovative, organizational, communicative and economic management paradigms, which makes it possible to develop a holistic strategy for the company’s adaptation to market demands, stakeholders, and global sustainable development trends. The model comprises four interrelated blocks: target, content-organizational, technological, and control-diagnostic. Its structure involves the implementation of seven key components: innovation (BIM, Lean, Smart technologies), organizational flexibility, communication strategy, value-based management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), economic efficiency, and managerial professional competence. Each of these elements is presented with regard to current technological, managerial, and social trends. To assess the level of implementation of the model’s components, the article proposes a methodology for constructing the Integrated Implementation Metric (IIM). IIM is calculated based on expert-defined weighting coefficients and quantitative evaluations of each element of the model. This approach enables a comprehensive multifactor diagnosis of the company’s management system, identification of strategic development reserves, and the formation of adaptation mechanisms to a dynamic environment. The model has been partially tested using the example of the company “UVT GROUP”, which demonstrates an advanced level of implementation of managerial and innovation strategies (IIM = 0.752). The study proves that the integration of digital technologies, value-based management practices, and social responsibility strengthens competitive positions, builds social capital, and promotes the sustainable development of the architectural and construction business.Документ Відкритий доступ Acoustic Emission Control of Compounds with Interference, Which Are Assembled by Thermal Method(Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra, Slovakia, 2025) Zenkin, Mykola; Lisovets, Serhii; Makatora, Dmytro; Kosiba, JánAcoustic emission control means for tension connections are proposed. The features of the contact zone, such as the gas gap between the shaft and the bushing and the penetration of microroughnesses of the shaft surface into the bushing surface, are considered. It is shown that the main indicator of such compounds is total acoustic emission. It has been established that with increasing tension, the maximum intensity of acoustic emission signals is observed earlier, and their amplitude becomes larger. In addition, it has been found that total acoustic emission depends on the strength of joints and the magnitude of total acoustic emission can determine this strength. The paper presents the results of studies of several series of experimental and field samples. It has been established that the greater the intensity of acoustic emission signals and the lower the total acoustic emission, the stronger the tension bonds. It has been established that there is no direct relationship between the intensity of acoustic emission signals and the contact surface area, but with an increase in the contact area, total acoustic emission also increases.
