At the current stage of development of a modern student of higher education, it is very important for a student to correctly perceive information, for the formation of skills, motivation, which provides for learning and mastering technical disciplines. From the first meetings with students, teachers of technical disciplines must ensure a concrete understanding of the goals of studying the discipline and the contribution of this discipline to the formation of competencies. The use of innovative technologies requires significant methodical work from the scientific and pedagogical worker: preparation of cards, tasks, slides, methodical instructions. All this contributes to a higher level of assimilation of the educational material. In addition, it is possible to achieve this by solving non-standard tasks, participating in all-Ukrainian, intra-university, city and regional Olympiads, for example, in theoretical mechanics, in which students of our higher education institution take an active part. The main results in the formation of general cultural competences are as follows: students became more active in the educational process, acquired teamwork skills. The use of innovative technologies in the educational process is a necessary component of modern student education. Working with interactive and innovative technologies, the teacher achieves the efficiency of learning the educational material. It must be remembered that state-of-the-art technical means of education will not provide the necessary effect if they are used ineptly, without the necessary methodical preparation and development of didactic materials, in violation of ergonomic and psychological-pedagogical requirements, with an unjustified expansion of their application areas. Innovative training methods contribute to the high-quality training of specialists in printing systems, who are able to widely apply the acquired knowledge at the enterprises of the industry.Документ Відкритий доступ Marketing strategy for constructing and promoting low-rise buildings(2024) Makatora, Dmytro; Kubanov, Ruslan; Yashchenko, OleksiiThe study presents the theoretical and methodological foundations for developing a marketing strategy for constructing and promoting low-rise buildings. Building and promoting low-rise housing requires an integrated approach and effective marketing strategy. The authors have identified a number of useful steps in this direction. Studying the target audience is the first step in developing a marketing strategy for such buildings. There is a need for market research, identification of the needs and requirements of future buyers, as well as their social and financial characteristics. Defining a unique offer is the second important aspect. This may involve using advanced construction technologies, increasing energy efficiency, innovative design or creating a convenient layout. Uniqueness makes a project attractive to consumers and differentiates it from the competition. One of the key aspects of a marketing strategy is to advertise and promote. The selection of the right communication channels is a key factor in the reach of the target audience. Some of the tools that can be used to promote low-rise buildings include internet marketing, social media, visual advertising, participation in exhibitions and presentations. It’s also important to remember to keep interacting with potential clients while building. This can include regular visits to the construction site, advice on the process of buying a house, and support for the customer after the building has been put into use. In conclusion, the marketing strategy for low-rise housing should be unique, customer-centric and effective in the promotion of the product. A well-constructed strategy will not only help to attract buyers, but will also create a positive image of the company. This will increase sales and compete successfully in the marketplace. Success in this area can be achieved through a thorough analysis of the target audience, the use of modern marketing tools and cooperation with experts. Keywords: marketing strategy, low-rise building, real estate market, construction object, segmentation, target audience, unique offer, communication channels.Документ Відкритий доступ Adaptive strategies for managing the competitive potential of an architectural and construction company(Видавничий дім «Гельветика», 2024) Kubanov, Ruslan; Yashchenko, Oleksii; Makatora, DmytroAdaptive strategy is a key in the modern business environment as it allows businesses to respond effectively to changes in market conditions and ensures their competitiveness. The adaptive strategy for managing the competitive potential of the architectural and construction company was not investigated at the level of a separate study. The following aspects (factors of influence) were found to be among the economic problems faced by Ukrainian architects, developers and urban planners. Design and construction costs are the first problematic and applied area. The general classification of design and construction costs has been presented. It is noted that a project can be made more affordable and efficient through effective project cost management and finding ways to optimise costs. The economic feasibility of using the latest technologies is the second area of concern and application. The authors argue that the introduction of modern technologies such as BIM (Building Information Modelling), 3D printing in architecture and intelligent systems in buildings often faces economic barriers. However, by increasing process efficiency and reducing time and financial costs, they believe these technologies can be cost effective in the long term. Another problematic, applied area is energy efficiency. It has been noted that energy efficiency in construction requires up-front investment that can significantly reduce future building maintenance costs. Both the long-term savings and the improvement in the quality of operation of the facilities should be taken into account when assessing the profitability of such investments. It has been found that there are a number of ways to optimise the activities of a construction company. One of these ways is to implement an energy saving strategy in the company. This strategy consists of several stages. The first stage, based on the parameters of the company’s energy status, is to formulate a set of objectives. This means calculating and setting targets for reducing the energy consumed and improving energy efficiency. The second stage is the planning and implementation of a series of measures to save energy in the building. These may include the installation of energy saving equipment, the modernisation of heating and air-conditioning systems, the introduction of energy-efficient technologies in the construction process, the integration of energy-saving management systems, etc. The third step is to monitor the energy-saving processes. This includes systematic analysis and evaluation of the results of the implemented measures, monitoring energy consumption, identifying and eliminating potential problems. According to the authors, intensifying the introduction of new energy-saving echnologies is the innovative component of a construction company’s energy-saving activities. It is also important to develop scientifically based means of organising and managing the energy saving process in construction. The fourth problematic and applied area is the development and implementation of cost-effective norms and standards. It should be noted that improving the quality of design and construction, as well as improving economic performance by ptimising the use of resources, can be achieved by updating the regulations and standards governing construction and architectural processes through the integration of new knowledge and technologies. In particular, the cost of running construction projects can be optimised by considering economic parameters in the development of norms and standards.Документ Відкритий доступ Theoretical and Methodological Bases for Implementing BIM Technologies in Construction Companies: Essence. Characteristics. Economic Efficiency(ВИДАВНИЧИЙ ДІМ «ІНЖЕК», 2024) Yashchenko, Oleksii; Makatora, Dmytro; Kubanov, Ruslan; Zinych, Petro; Prusov, DmitryThe theoretical concepts and methodological characteristics of implementing BIM technologies in construction companies have been defined. BIM is an information modelling of a construction object, which involves the collection and processing of all information about a building with all its interconnections and dependencies, when the building is considered as a single object. It should be noted that when analysing the definitions of BIM, it is possible to come to the conclusion that it is necessary to make a clearer distinction as to what type of object is meant. Thus, there are some definitions that refer directly to the building model (Building Information Model), the building lifecycle process (Building Information Modelling) and the entire investment and construction process system (Building Information Management). It is pointed out that the traditional approach to design is based on two-dimensional models – plans, drawings and paper documentation. In contrast, Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies add new aspects – construction plans, time and costs. These can be presented in any convenient form using an information model of the object in virtual reality. The short and long term benefits of using BIM technology in the construction industry are analysed in this article. It was noted that BIM goes beyond standard CAD systems as it allows to create three-dimensional models, known as 3D models, as well as models defined as 4D, 5D, 6D and even 7D. An automated project management system is described on the basis of three elements: the structure of project activities, the structure of resources and the matrix of resource allocation to project activities. In an automated system that ensures effective project planning, control and execution, these elements form a project management model. However, effective cost management throughout the project lifecycle is crucial to the successful implementation of the information system and maximising its benefits to the organisation. According to the authors, the overall cost-effectiveness factor of using BIM technology is determined by several factors: reduction of the overall level of project risks due to proven, accurate and optimised design solutions for engineering systems; reduction of construction time and construction costs as a result of reducing the number of errors in installation and use of materials; improvement of the quality and efficiency of building use will help reduce the negative impact on the environment. The conclusions emphasise that the successful implementation of BIM technologies in a construction company can lead to economic efficiency through an increase in labour productivity, a reduction in the cost of resources and materials, as well as an improvement in the quality and safety of construction processes. In addition, using BIM can help improve the quality of buildings and optimise the use of resources, helping to reduce environmental impact. In fact, BIM is a significant cost driver through this comprehensive approach to project management in construction.Документ Відкритий доступ Innovative development of economic systems in the digitalization conditions(Vytautas Magnus University, 2024) Yushkevych, Olena; Sharko, Vitalii; Stavroiani, Serhii; Makatora, Dmytro; Yevtushenko, YuriiThe purpose of the study is to substantiate the directions of activation of the innovative development of economic systems in the digitalization conditions. The economic feasibility of implementing sustainable development in architecture has been substantiated. The Fourth Industrial Revolution has been considered in the context of sustainable development. The authors suggest utilising the latest technologies and innovations to enhance production efficiency, reduce emissions through the implementation of clean technologies, and utilise resources rationally. By combining the opportunities presented by the Fourth Industrial Revolution with sustainable development approaches, it is possible to achieve a balance between economic, social, and environmental aspects of development. Sustainable architecture aims to minimise negative environmental impacts and improve building performance by consuming fewer resources, reducing waste, and creating a functional and productive environment. The text discusses the importance of sustainable principles in architecture, including adaptability of architecture, recycling of resources, use of sustainable and renewable materials, and energy efficiency. The economic feasibility of applying sustainable principles in design has also been considered and justified. Additionally, the text provides examples of innovative architectural designs. This is a crucial step towards implementing sustainable building practices. The adaptability of architecture enhances space efficiency by enabling areas to serve various functions based on user requirements. Resource recycling minimises waste and the expense of extracting new materials. The use of sustainable and renewable materials aids in reducing the ecological impact of construction. Energy efficiency helps to decrease energy consumption and GHG emissions. Further research and innovative architectural designs can accelerate the development of sustainable construction and promote its wider adoption in the future. The authors suggest that taking into account the costs of building, maintaining, and operating buildings, as well as a balanced cost-benefit ratio, can significantly influence decision-making in the design and construction process. The authors argue that implementing environmental solutions in architecture may raise the initial project cost. However, in the long run, it can lead to significant economic benefits by reducing energy and maintenance costs, as well as increasing the overall value of the building.Документ Відкритий доступ Using ICT in printing: economic transformation, evolution and prospects(ВИДАВНИЧИЙ ДІМ «ІНЖЕК», 2023) Makatora, Alona; Makatora, Dmytro; Kubanov, RuslanThe purpose of the study is to determine the peculiarities of the use of information and communication technologies in the printing industry; to substantiate the feasibility of technological transformation in terms of the prospects for economic development of the selected industry. Processing of primary data to provide the user with the necessary information is the main task of using information technology in the printing industry. Three main blocks – knowledge base, decisionmaking and intellectual interface – make up the structure of an intelligent printing system. In terms of decision-making, an intelligent printing system is defined as an information and computer system with artificial intelligence that solves problems without human intervention, in contrast to an intelligent system where the operator is involved in the decision-making process. The following types of intelligent systems are identified: intelligent information systems, expert printing systems, computational and logical systems, hybrid intelligent systems, reflex intelligent systems. It is noted that taking into account market trends, adapting to the environment and quickly adjusting their development strategy to occupy their niche in the market is important for the successful functioning of publishing and printing companies. According to the authors, this is possible based on using ICT in printing. Integrating modern technologies into the printing industry can positively influence efficiency and competitiveness. Adopting digital technologies will allow printing companies to be more flexible and respond quickly to changing market conditions, which is important for its development.
