dc.description.abstractenThe article is devoted to the nature and characteristics of the concession mechanism that is considered as a basis for stimulation of innovation and investment potential of enterprise. At the beginning of the article is regarded the Law of Ukraine on Public Private Partnership (PPP), that defines the legal, economic and organizational basis of public partnership in Ukraine, in particular to regulate relations arising in the implementation of projects in certain sectors of economic activity. Its main principles are described, especially the application to real enterprises in Ukraine are considered. Then, is determined basis of public partnership within the law. After a brief historical review of the origin and development of the concession term the authors give definition of a concession and proceeds to consider forms of PPP and analysis features of their application. At the end of the article looks in details at the advantages, disadvantages of using PPP for country and business, is given scheme of concession mechanism, which shows the possible ways of cooperation, and put forward proposals to increase innovation and investment potential in the business.uk
