    The lecture notes are devoted to the basics of functional-cost analysis. The stages of development of the method in different countries and the evolution of cost management systems, which respond to market needs and absorb the main ideas of functional-cost analysis (FCA), are considered from a historical perspective. The FCA toolkit, used within various business processes, is presented in detail. The appendices present fragments of the FCA technology. The study guide is intended for students of economic specialities of higher educational institutions. It will be useful for managers of enterprises, financiers, engineers, and technologists.

    International strategies of economic development: synopsis of lectures

    The content of the training manual is aimed at highlighting several debatable issues related to the path of development of groups of countries and regions. The students of the course are future managers of enterprises and government organizations who are the direct executors of the adopted strategies, therefore the purpose of the training manual is to form students' competence to analyze trends in the economic development of countries, to identify problems in the national and international level, to systematize national economic development strategies according to various parameters, to formulate proposals regarding the adjustment of such strategies. For each section, questions for knowledge control are presented, stimulating scientific exploration and increasing the level of theoretical material assimilation. The study guide "International Strategies of Economic Development" will be useful for scientists, teachers, graduate students, students, practitioners and managers of domestic enterprises.
