    Development of International Trade in High-Tech Goods of Southeast Asian Countries

    The thesis explores the development and driving mechanisms of Southeast Asian countries in global high-tech product trade. It analyzes their position in the global value chain, key challenges, and opportunities, and offers theoretical and practical recommendations to boost competitiveness. Based on research into economic upgrades, policies, innovation, and cooperation, it reveals internal/external drivers and interaction mechanisms. Key tasks include: analyzing trade trends, identifying growth drivers, studying the impact of digitalization and policies, and proposing sustainable paths based on industrial modernization and regional coordination. The object is international high-tech trade of Southeast Asian countries under globalization and digital shifts. The study uses data from WTO, World Bank, IMF, ASEAN, and national strategies (e.g., Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia), along with classical theories (Smith, Ricardo, Heckscher-Ohlin). Methods include literature review, case studies, comparative analysis, and statistical tools. The findings offer strategic guidance for policy and business, supporting sustainable trade growth and regional integration.

    International cooperation between China and Ukraine in the field of high technoligies

    This work defines the economic nature and basic principles of international cooperation in the science and technology sector. The author examines the content and types of high-tech strategies. The main methods for assessing the efficiency and productivity levels of technology enterprises have been identified. The development trends of the world and the science and technology sector in countries such as China and Ukraine were analyzed. The efficiency and productivity of investment projects in the science and technology sector were evaluated. It also analyzes the development strategies of high technologies in the world economy. The direction of improving international cooperation between China and Ukraine in the science and technology sector has been formalized. It is recommended that scientific and technological diversification be achieved in international cooperation. The economic legitimacy of international high-tech projects has been formed.
