Документ Відкритий доступ Cervical protection under vaginal endoscopy, new strategies for the prevention, treatment of HPV and cervical cancer(КПІ ім. Ігоря Сікорського, 2024) DongMei Wang; Bespalova, OlenaAs the close association between human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and cervical cancer is widely recognized, colposcopy, as an important tool for cervical cancer screening, plays an increasingly prominent role in early detection, diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer. This study aims to explore the use of colposcopy in cervical protection and how to reveal new strategies to prevent and treat HPV and cervical cancer through this technique. Using a retrospective analysis and prospective controlled design, we collected clinical data on patients undergoing colposcopy during 2024, evaluated the effectiveness of colposcopy in the early detection of cervical precancerous lesions, and analyzed the impact of different treatment approaches on patient outcomes. This study found that colposcopy significantly improved the diagnostic accuracy of premalignant cervical cancer lesions, especially in patients with high-risk HPV infection. In addition, combined with colposcopy-guided targeted therapy, such as laser ablation and cryotherapy, can effectively reduce the progression of cervical precancerous and reduce the incidence of cervical cancer. The results of this study indicate that colposcopy not only plays an important role in the early diagnosis of cervical cancer, but also provides an important basis for the development of individualized prevention and treatment strategies. By optimizing the colposcopy process and combining modern treatment techniques, it is expected to further improve the treatment effect of cervical cancer and reduce the disease burden. The innovation of this study is to propose a comprehensive management scheme combining colposcopy and targeted therapy, providing a new perspective for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.
