(Вид-во УДУ імені Михайла Драгоманова, 2025-04-25) Bilokon, Viktor; Anikeienko, Larysa
Methodological activities in the process of teaching students are carried out at seminars and practical classes. It is very necessary to ensure a systematic relationship between knowledge and skills and abilities - physical education and sports (practical) and professional (intellectual). The whole variety of methodological works can be divided by main problems: physical education of children of preschool and school age; physical education in the system of professional higher and secondary education; physical education of adults; physical training in the Armed Forces; training of young athletes, sports reserves, highly qualified athletes; professional higher and secondary physical education. The main types of methodological works: programs, textbooks, teaching aids, methodological recommendations, methodological instructions. In state educational standards, the academic discipline "Physical Education" is presented in the block of elective disciplines. These standards define the mandatory minimum content of theoretical knowledge and practical skills for each discipline. The undeniable importance of physical education should be manifested through the harmonization of spiritual and physical strength, through the formation of such universal values as health, beauty and physical perfection. Physical education as an element of general culture and professional training of students should be aimed at achieving the unity of physical and spiritual development, creating the foundations of physical and mental well-being of an individual, optimizing his or her life. Systematic physical education and sports are one of the forms of conscious human activity, in which physical and spiritual traits of personality are manifested and improved in their unity. Classes in various physical exercises and sports improve the assimilation of educational material by students in their chosen specialty, and after intense mental work are one of the important and most effective means of switching nervous activity, i.e. active rest. Physical education classes at the university are an integral part of students' education and are considered a mandatory and organic part of the training of future specialists.
