Mobile Application for Supporting the Religious Practices of Muslims

This paper is devoted to the development and implementation of a cross-platform mobile application for the Muslim audience, which provides support for daily spiritual life in accordance with the requirements of Islamic tradition. The primary objective of this study is to develop a tool that can accurately calculate the time for the five obligatory prayers, considering the user's geographical location and the selected calculation method. Moreover, the application incorporates modules that facilitate the determination of the direction of the Qiblah through the utilization of the device's sensors. It also encompasses the integration of the Islamic calendar, access to the text of the Qur'an and hadith in multiple languages, a digital tasbih counter, a notification system, and motivational daily reminders.
