The article deals with the importance of innovation environment as a condition of professional growth of future specialists of technical university. The article considers innovative approaches of education environment contributing to professional growth of future specialists. It offers theoretical and methodological principles of personal-oriented training, the application of which contributes to professional growth of future specialists of technical university. The need to develop innovation and strengthen the European identity by involving future specialists in international cooperation in education was noted.
