It consists of 96 sheets of A4 format. In the first chapter, determination of the value of the linear elastic deformation of the shaft during turning was evaluated. Elements of the cutting force were calculated according to the analytical equation and CAE system was utilized to estimate the displacement of the shaft. The objective of this work is development of the manufacturing process for the "Adapter " part. First, the drawing of a part was analyzed and a 3D model was developed using CAD software. Next steps include: development of the sequence of machining operations, selection of CNC machine and a workpiece clamping device, as well as cutting tools, and cutting conditions. The control program for CNC machine was developed using CAM software. Economic calculations were performed for the first manufacturing operation. In the first chapter analysis of the tool deflection error during end milling operation was performed. In the second chapter, a sequence of manufacturing operations was developed, including selection of CNC machine, cutting tools, cutting conditions and control program. In the third chapter, the vise was selected for the manufacturing operation, calculation of the clamping force was performed and corresponding setup was developed. It consists of (126) A4 sheets and contains some illustrations, plans and procedures on different topics. A total of 9 individual procedures, execution plan, ORIGINAL certifications of materials, qualification of welding machines, 5 construction plans, assembly plan, quality certification, details of economic expenses of the project, quality control, etc. In the first instance, the most effective way to carry out the project was determined, the form of its construction will be from the bottom starting with the floor of the ''Tank'' up to the top ending with the roof of the same, taking into account the environmental conditions for that does not influence the quality of the work, an estimated time of 55 days of work was determined. The objective of this thesis is the development of the manufacturing process of the ''Construction of a Fuel Storage Tank''. A manufacturing sequence was developed, including selection of cutting tools, welding equipment, assembly equipment, abrasive cleaning equipment, and painting equipment. For each of the already specified, the accessories were selected and the corresponding plans were developed. Economic calculations were made for the construction taking into account all possible expenses. Likewise, safety and labor protection issues were considered. The objective of this thesis is to develop a manufacturing process for the “Hous ing”part. A sequence of manufacturing operations was developed. The work includes the selection of casting operation,design of manufacturing proscess selection of machining center, cutting tools, cutting dates, and costing estimations, among other things. For one manufacturing operations, fixtures were developed, and the corresponding setups are presented in the graphical section of the work. Economic analysis was conducted for the initial manufacturing operation.
