    Ensuring safety during welding: risks and protective measures

    Welding work performed in the industrial and construction industries is an important part of many production processes. However, they pose significant risks to the health and safety of welders and other personnel due to a number of factors that accompany welding processes. This article analyzes the most widespread harmful and dangerous factors, using the example of arc welding in protective gases and welding with the help of a tungsten electrode in a protective inert gas environment (TIG welding), which is widely used, in particular, in the metalworking industry.

    Features of civil defense of the population in frontline cities

    The article analyzes the challenges for the civilian population in frontline cities, where hostilities lead to daily destruction and casualties among the civilian population. The main attention was focused on assessing the efficiency of notification, the effectiveness of shelters and the coordination of rescue services management. The proposed recommendations are aimed at increasing the resilience of urban life support systems in conditions of constant fire threats.

    In the relentless movement of technological progress, telecommunication infrastructure is an integral part of modern life. However, a number of potential dangers are hidden behind the uninterrupted flow of information. Installation and configuration of these complex systems requires careful attention to safety, as any negligence or lack of proper supervision can cause harm to technical personnel, engineers and even bystanders. This article discusses key safety rules when installing and configuring telecommunications equipment.
