Intensifying Science and Technology Collaboration between China and ASEAN Countries in the Digital Economy Sector

This thesis focuses on the scientific and technological cooperation between China and ASEAN countries in the digital economy sector. The first chapter reviews the features of science and technology collaboration in the digital economy, characterizes the connotation and role of the digital economy, and systematizes the legal regulation of the digital economy. The second chapter analyzes the dynamics of digital transformation in China and ASEAN countries, compares the trends of science and technology collaboration between China and ASEAN countries in the digital economy sector, and evaluates the impact of digitalization on science and technology collaboration between these regions. In the third chapter, the thesis proposes strategies for improving China's international scientific and technological collaboration with ASEAN countries in the digital economy sector. It also develops a model to enhance science and technology collaboration and presents practical recommendations for fostering cooperation in the digital economy sector.
