Документ Відкритий доступ Technetium (99mtc ) Scintigraphy Evaluation of Myocardial Ischemia Effects on Chronic Heart Failure(КПІ ім. Ігоря Сікорського, 2024) Zhaoxi Chen; Maksymenko, VitaliiActuality. Cardiovascular disease is a major world health concern, and Chronic Heart Failure (CHF) particularly affects patient quality of life and death rates acutely. Among the antecedent factors of CHF, myocardial ischemia holds a pivotal position, but its impact on heart function is not clearly defined. The objectives of this research are therefore to assess the effects of post-CHF myocardial ischemia employing Technetium (99mTc ) Scintigraphy to establish the framework for more effective clinical diagnosis and management. Thepurposeandtasksoftheresearch. The aim of the study was improvement assess the consequences of myocardial ischemia in chronic heart failure, using Technetium-99m scintigraphy, in early diagnosis and therapy by means of reconstruction algorithms and imaging parameter optimization The object of the study were patients with chronic heart failure Subjectofresearch The subject of the study was to assess the impact of myocardial ischemia on cardiac performance in CHF using Technetium-99m scintigraphy. MethodsofresearchThe GE Infinia gamma camera facilitated technetium-99m scintigraphy.. Scientific innovation..a new deep learning-based image recognition modelwas developed to automatically locate and quantify the regions of myocardial ischemia whichis limiting myocardial function and leads to chronic heart failure. Practical significance of the obtained results. Incorporation with other imaging modalities including MRI and CT enables provision of more integrative myocardial functional and anatomical data using Technetium (99mTc ) scintigraphy. This hybrid imaging technique can enhance not only the diagnostic capability, but also the clinician has a better option in making the right decisions about treatment for the patient. Approbation of materials. Poster exchange was held at the Academic Conference of Radiology (CCR2024), Radiology Branch of Chinese Medical Association November 2024 (Certificate attached).
