Heat transfer processes in miniature evaporation-condensation cooling systems

The main features of heat transfer processes during the miniaturization of evaporative-condensation cooling systems (influence of geometric and operational factors, influence of thermal and physical properties of heat carriers) are presented. The results of experimental studies of miniature heat pipes and thermosyphons are presented. The material is systematized in order to understand the processes of heat transfer, calculate the main characteristics and select rational designs for the development of miniature cooling systems. For students, postgraduates, teachers of thermal engineering specialties of higher educational institutions and researchers and engineers in the design and creation of new cooling systems for miniature equipment. Also for cooling powerful electronic equipment, in particular transceiver modules, LED technology and electric vehicle batteries.
