dc.description.abstractThe paper outlines the approaches to the study of speech perception resting special attention on cognitive framework. Speech perception is analyzed through the intonation clues that ensure its multi-layer realization during speech communication. The work singles out and describes the most authoritative models of speech perception within cognitive paradigm of phonetic research.
