dc.description.abstractenThe problem of harmonization of development parameters and safety socio-economic systems (SES) are considered. The features of forming socio-economic strategies in the context of globalization, international integration, potential convergence and threats of transboundary crises are revealed. The necessity of ensuring co-evolutionary balance of SES parameters are justified. The analysis of the shortcomings of the strategic management in the newly independent countries are held and strategic priorities for their development are defined. In particular, justified such priorities as re-creation of corporate and cooperative framework industry; the formation of the inter-regional clusters; the use of synergistic approaches to obtaining a multiplier effect; implementation of territorial planning (zoning) for the purpose of rational use of territories and their sustainable development. Recommendations to ensure the verification of the results of implementation strategies; use in the process of strategic management decision-making mechanisms on the basis of consensus, partitsipatsii and social partnership are proposed.uk
