dc.description.abstractenThe dissertation deals with theoretical general conclusion and fundamentally new approaches to the solution of a complicated scientific problem – the further development of theoretical and methodological issues and practical recommendations for improving risk management of machine-building enterprises logistics system. Evolution and genesis of risk management are a basis for the development of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of risk-taking by clarifying the content of the definition «risk management of the enterprise logistics system», which is disclosed through understanding the need for adaptation of the enterprise logistics system to external conditions through the introduction of an identification system, assessment and control of risks of its functioning in order to ensure the optimization of material and related flows, coordination of the logistics system in accordance with the aim of business activity. It was determined that the development of theoretical approaches to defining the economic essence of risk as a factor of reducing the efficiency of the enterprise logistics system allows to outline the logistics system in relation to changes in the environment and identify possible changes in the nature of management decisions in accordance with the implemented risk grouping. The impact of risks grouping on the efficiency of the logistic system according to the basic elements, the scale of distribution, the frequency of influence, the target orientation, the ability to influence their operation, the conditions of their occurrence, the functional subsystems, the character of influence, coverage and objects of losses allows to ensure its flexibility and adaptation to the changing market situation, to develop measures aimed at minimizing the negative impact of risks on the operation of the enterprise logistics system. Risk management of machine-building enterprises logistic system is proposed to investigate through a comprehensive analysis of the risks affecting the operation of the enterprise and its logistics system, risks assessment of logistics systems for each component, analysis of the external environment impact on the risks of machine-building enterprises logistics system and the effectiveness of their risk management system. The theoretical and methodological issues for the identification of the current state of risk management of the logistic system at the enterprises using the appropriate criteria of evaluation are proposed. As the improvement of the system of risk management of machine-building enterprises logistic system, the organizational and economic principles of the development of the risk management system of their logistics, the feasibility of using reengineering as one of the directions of the risk management system development are examined, the theoretical issues concerning the implementation of strategies and methodological principles for assessing the effectiveness of risk management of machine-building enterprises logistic system are improved. It is proved that the reengineering use in the integration of logistic business processes into the practice of machine-building enterprises logistic systems contributes to increasing the efficiency level of each structural part of the logistics system by reducing the cost of production and reducing the time delay of the production process. The theoretical issues of the risk management strategy of machine-building enterprises logistic system are supplemented by types of risk management strategies depending on the level of its effectiveness, the further implementation of which will ensure minimization of the impact of risks on the logistics system of the enterprises. The process of assessing the effectiveness of the risk management of machine-building enterprises logistic system is improved, which is supplemented by a sequence of actions, realization of which is carried out within the framework of the developed economic and statistical model, and ensures the differentiation of the levels of the effectiveness of its implementation, and it is the basis for further development of ways for increasing the efficiency of risk management of the enterprise.uk
dc.description.abstractruВ диссертационной работе осуществлено теоретическое обобщение и представлено принципиально новые подходы к решению сложного научного задания – дальнейшее развитие теоретико-методических положений и разработка практических рекомендаций по совершенствованию риск-менеджмента логистической системы машиностроительных предприятий. Определено экономическое содержание понятия «риск-менеджмент логистической системы предприятия». Развита классификация рисков в разрезе логистических систем предприятий. Исследованы особенности организации системы риск-менеджмента логистики предприятия. Реализован комплексный подход к оценке рисков логистических систем с учетом факторов влияния внешней среды. Получили дальнейшее развитие научно-методические положения оценки риск-менеджмента логистической системы машиностроительных предприятий. Конкретизированы организационно-экономические основы развития системы риск-менеджмента логистики машиностроительных предприятий. Усовершенствованы теоретико-методические положения стратегизации риск-менеджмента логистической системы машиностроительных предприятий. Сформированы научно-методические положения по оценке эффективности реализации риск-менеджмента логистической системы машиностроительных предприятий.uk
dc.description.abstractukУ дисертаційній роботі здійснено теоретичне узагальнення та представлено принципово нові підходи до вирішення складного наукового завдання – подальший розвиток теоретико-методичних положень і розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення ризик-менеджменту логістичної системи машинобудівних підприємств. Уточнено економічний зміст поняття «ризик-менеджмент логістичної системи підприємства». Здійснено групування ризиків у розрізі логістичних систем підприємств. Досліджено особливості організації системи ризик-менеджменту логістики підприємства. Реалізовано комплексний підхід щодо оцінювання ризиків логістичних систем із врахуванням факторів впливу зовнішнього середовища. Набули подальшого розвитку науково-методичні положення щодо оцінювання ризик-менеджменту логістичної системи машинобудівних підприємств. Конкретизовано організаційно-економічні засади розвитку системи ризик-менеджменту логістики машинобудівних підприємств. Удосконалено теоретико-методичні положення стратегування ризик-менеджменту логістичної системи машинобудівних підприємств. Сформовано науково-методичні положення щодо оцінювання ефективності реалізації ризик-менеджменту логістичної системи машинобудівних підприємств.uk
