dc.description.abstractotherSolution of problem of status analyzing of motion systems, deficiency identification of both motion systems and their hydraulic actuators, and suitability assessment of motion systems for use in aircraft flight simulators for training and retraining of pilots is proposed on base of experience of regulation, testing and operation of motion systems in the flight simulators of aircrafts IL-86NP, IL-62M3, IL-96-300 and Tu-204 (Russia, Penza Modeling Design Bureau), An-74TK-200 (Ukraine, state enterprise Antonov). A sinusoidal program signal is formed for evaluation of dynamical characteristics of hydraulic actuators. According to test data the difference between displacements of individual hydraulic actuators and monotony (absence of fractures) of these displacements is estimated. Quality of hydraulic actuator adjustment is estimated by transient process by using stepping control signal of hydraulic actuator. According to test results an overregulation or relative displacement of hydraulic actuator is determined. Such static characteristics of motion system as zone of insensitivity; gain factor; movement hysteresis; nonlinearity, give an opportunity to evaluate various aspects of motion system state. By motion system reaction on sinusoidal control signal an acceleration (acceleration gradients) "noise" is determined along controlled and uncontrollable degrees of freedom, which makes it possible to detect backlashes, friction in both bearings and seals of hydraulic actuators, sensitivity thresholds in valve cores, and so on. This approach includes the developed control both of motion system and its hydraulic actuators and generalized method of test results using for deficiency identification both of motion systems and their hydraulic actuators.uk
