| dc.description.abstracten | The interrelation between the creative abilities development and the level of sport mastery of sportsmen in sport single combats is set in the research. The study presents data that demonstrate the importance of the creative qualities of athletes as part of their reserve and professional skills, grounded position on the impact of creative abilities in sports activities, points to the need for creative collaboration of athletes and coaches and the features of the manifestation of creativity in various sports. During the pilot study it was found the relationship between the development of creative abilities and the level of sportsmanship of athletes in the different types of martial arts. Determined that highly skilled athletes in martial arts characterize such qualities as creativity, curiosity – above average (18 ± 3,35 points); imagination – average (11,89 ± 3,14 points); difficulty – average (12,78 ± 4,1 points); propensity for risk – average and above average (15,78 ± 2,72 points), originality in using innovative methods and actions in competitive activities. The total rate of personal creativity of athletes in martial arts indicates a significant level of development of their creative abilities. Found a significant correlation of technical and tactical skills of athletes (r = 0,88; r ≤ 0.95) and the technical skill of the attacker (r = 0,79; r ≤ 0,95) and counterattacking (r = 0,52, p ≤ 0,95) style of competitive activity in fighters. The results of the study can determine the prospects of the development of creative abilities to solve various tasks aimed at increasing variability of technical and tactical capabilities and improving athlete’s individual style of competitive activity. Increasing the creative abilities of athletes can be used as a reserve to improve technical and tactical skills, increase athletic performance and on this basis to solve the actual problem of psychological preparation. Prospects for further research aimed at finding the most effective psychological and pedagogical methods of formation of creative abilities of an athlete in martial arts. | uk |
| dc.description.abstractuk | У дослідженні встановлено взаємозв’язок між розвитком творчих здібностей та рівнем спортивної майстерності спортсменів у видах спортивних єдиноборств. Удосконалення творчих здібностей спортсменів можна використовувати як резерв для підвищення техніко-тактичної майстерності, росту спортивних результатів і на цій основі вирішувати завдання психологічної підготовки. Визначено, що для висококваліфікованих спортсменів у єдиноборствах характерні такі якості креативності: допитливість – вище середнього рівня (18 ± 3,35 балів); уява – середній рівень (11,89 ± 3,14 балів); складність – середній рівень (12,78 ± 4,1 балів); схильність до ризику – середній і вище середнього рівня (15,78 ± 2,72 балів), оригінальність у використанні нестандартних прийомів і дій у змагальній діяльності. | uk |
