The research delves into existing assessment techniques and discusses their effectiveness. In particular, the paper proposes a modified approach that involves evaluating candidates based on specific attributes and criteria. A comparative analysis is carried out to measure the performance of both the traditional assessment method and the newly proposed approach. Additionally, the paper suggests avenues for future research in the field of candidate assessment to further enhance the selection process for job vacancies. | |
