dc.description.abstractenThis article considers theoretical analysis of learning bases of individual game at football. Great attention is paid to contents, system and principals of sport training. Every country solves tasks of training football – players according to available conditions and possibilities. However there are overall principles which trainers follow during training football – players. On the base of scientific research, foreign and domestic practical experience in Ukraine it is created own system of training football – players which is based at development of manual. The work with football – players requires skilled approach to their training because it is important that after the first trainings an application of existing scientific and methodological as well as practical developments and recommendations actively effects to their training and upbringing. The nature of the game at a defense so that defenders obey a game of a forward and react upon his actions. This can lead to passiveness of defenders. If defenders passively react upon actions of forwards and do not try to effect on their game this can be a mistake. Each defender has to try to force his opponent to apply such game which satisfies this defender and their team. Here a success first of all depends on a result of psychological fight of gamers. He who is able to force upon an opponent own means of game will have an advantage. A defender always has an advantage compared to a forward because a task of a defender do not complicate control of ball. Defenders have to act at conditions of constant activities which not only lighten their task during defense but also is necessary for preparing of attack. A transition from attack to defense need to act fast, smoothly and rightly. An action of organized moving gamers can be sufficient if each of them knows own tasks and each of them is able to realize own tasks at interaction with others gamers. However it requires from each gamer right orientation, good vision of field as well as reasonableness and calm during solving complicated situations. Moreover each gamer has to be disciplined and has to be responsible for their actions to collective.uk
