dc.description.abstractenDissertation for obtaining the scientific degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences by specialty 08.00.04 – Economics and Management of Enterprises (by Types of Economic Activity). – National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, Kyiv, 2021. The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological provisions for solving the scientific problem of development of quasi-integration structures of cooperating enterprises, as well as the applied principles of their implementation in cooperating machine-building enterprises. The relevance of the work is determined by the need to develop a methodology that will provide a holistic systemic vision of the phenomenon of quasi-integration and provide a practical solution to the problem of formation and development of quasi-integration structures of cooperating enterprises, characterized by flexibility, adaptability and innovation orientation. Scientific views on the essence of integration and its impact on the cooperation of productions are systematized. The problem of prevention of disintegration processes became the basis of research of features of quasi-integration. Quasi-integration structure is a voluntary spatial partnership of cooperating productions and scientific (scientific and research, scientific and technological, scientific and technical, scientific and practical) institutions on the basis of integrated use of available resources aimed at achieving maximum economic efficiency and strengthening market positions, which feature there is a lack of control over the ownership of assets. According to the identified features and characteristics of each form of quasi-integration, a set of criteria for their classification is proposed. The conceptual provisions of the program and target method of planning the development of quasi-integration structures of cooperating machine-building enterprises are revealed. The study identifies the functional and substantive objectives of a comprehensive program for the development of quasi-integration structures of cooperating machine-building enterprises. The proposed system of indicators of the target complex program of development of quasi-integration structures of cooperating machine-building enterprises covers all components of its functioning. The study found that one of the most serious problems of the domestic industrial economy is the identification of any quasiintegration structures and machine-building in particular. This is primarily due to the lack of legislation to establish institutions to support various types of quasi-integration structures. An expanded analysis of the legal provisions of Ukraine on business associations is presented. Legislative documents focusing on the creation of clusters have been studied. The Law of Ukraine "On Industrial Parks" is explained. The need to create quasi-integration structures, in particular on the basis of domestic machine-building enterprises, has been actualized. The study proposes a program-targeted creation of a quasi-integration structure of cooperating machine-building enterprises that use welding technologies in their production processes. Due to the lack of generally accepted methods of forming quasi-integration structures, a step-by-step algorithm for their creation was 40 proposed. At the first stage, the attitude of producers to the implementation of innovative projects was determined. The results showed that the participants of machine-building clusters are more confident in the success of innovative projects. At the second stage, a quasi-integration structure of cooperating machine-building enterprises was revealed. In the third stage, the benefits of the participants were identified. At the fourth stage, the interests of the participants were agreed. Along with the indicators of interaction of participants of the quasi-integration structure of cooperating machine-building enterprises, the economic indicators of potential participants were studied. Based on the analysis of financial and economic indicators of enterprises using the method of main components, the most important factors influencing the development of the structure as a whole were identified. According to the calculated indices of financial and economic development of potential participants, it was concluded that their economic potential is sufficient to participate in the quasi-integration structure. Program-targeted development of quasiintegration structures involves the introduction of a mechanism of synergetic management. The model of synergetic management of quasi-integration structures of cooperating machine-building enterprises is developed in the thesis. The presented model assumes that the vector of management corresponds to the stages of the life cycle of these structures. Based on the preconditions that the introduction of innovations is crucial for the program-targeted development of quasi-integration structures of cooperating machine-building enterprises, recommendations on their acceptability have been developed. Any innovative projects are accompanied by numerous risks. It is assumed that within the quasiintegration structures of cooperating machine-building enterprises the risks of innovative projects will be distributed among the participants, which will significantly reduce its total value. It is established that marketing risks are the most influential in relation to the implementation of innovative projects. Taking into account the complexity of organizational issues of forming quasi-integration structures of cooperating machine-building enterprises, the main thing is to ensure the economic interests of all participants. Comparison of forecast indices of financial and economic development of the participants of the proposed quasi-integration structure of cooperating machine-building enterprises proves the economic justification of its creation.uk

Диссертационная работа посвящена решению научной проблемы относительно формирования и научного обоснования теоретических основ и методологических принципов программно-целевого развития квазиинтеграционных структур на базе взаимодействующих предприятий машиностроения. Систематизированы научные взгляды относительно сущности интеграции, определены факторы формирования, осуществлена классификация и научно обоснованны закономерности и принципы развития квазиинтеграционных структур взаимодействующих предприятий машиностроения. Разработаны концептуальные положения программно-целевого метода, предложены научно-методические положения разработки целей комплексной программы, установлены принципы разработки программы взаимодействия машиностроительных предприятий. Разработана концепция структурного формирования и научно-методические подходы оценки структурных свойств исследуемых структур. Предложены научно-методические положения программно-целевого формирования и оценен потенциал развития квазиинтеграционной структуры. Предложены императивы стратегического управления создаваемой структуры и оценены маркетинговые риски взаимодействующих предприятий в ее пределах. Спрогнозирован эффект программно-целевого развития сформированной квазиинтеграционной структуры взаимодействующих предприятий машиностроения.uk
