dc.description.abstractenThe main problems of the future network realization in accordance with the policy of the International Telecommunication Union are presented. The basic question of a global information infrastructure building based on the telecommunication network of future is considered. Modern definition of the network of the future and its characteristics are given. Specified services which the future network should provide taking into account the expectations of services users are determined. The implementation of the future network will provide to users a free access to information and communication resources and to intellectual heritage of the humanity.uk
dc.description.abstractukВисвітлено основні проблеми реалізації мережі майбутнього згідно з політикою Міжнародного союзу електрозв’язку. Розглянуто питання щодо побудови глобальної інформаційної інфраструктури на базі телекомунікаційних мереж майбутнього. Надано сучасне визначення мережі майбутнього та наведено її характеристики. Визначено послуги, які повинні надавати мережі майбутнього з врахуванням очікувань кінцевих споживачів послуг. Реалізація мережі майбутнього забезпечить користувачам вільний доступ до інформаційно-комунікаційних ресурсів та інтелектуального надбання людства.uk
