dc.description.abstractenThe article identifies the place and role of the Kingdom of Romania in the Bolsheviks’ aggressive policy in the early 1920s; it shows that there was a state border between the Ukrainian SSR and the Kingdom of Romania while there was no political agreement or official relations between the two states; the article has analyzed the role of the Soviet Ukraine in the attempt to establish the Soviet power in Romania; special attention is paid to the fact that it was Kh. Rakovskyi, Chairman of the Ukrainian Government, who monitored the situation in Romania. The article has disclosed the circumstances that facilitated the export of the Bolshevik revolution to this country. Specifically, the Bolsheviks tried to make use of the conflicts between the Ukrainian population of Bessarabiya and Bukovina, and the Romanian authorities to instill revolutionary ideas in society. It has been discovered that the export of the revolution to Romania was organized by the Odessa division of the Foreign department of the Communist Party, headed by A. Grinshtein. The said division conducted reconnaissance/ subversive activities in the territory of Romania. An explosion in the Building of Senate on December 8, 1920 is considered to have been the most heinous act of terrorism organized by this division. The article also identifies the reasons behind reorganization of «Zakordot» and subsequent liquidation of the special service; the Odessa division continued to conduct undermining and reconnaissance/subversive activities in Romania as the «Secret department of VUCHK».uk
dc.description.abstractukУ статті визначено місце і роль Королівства Румунії в більшовицькій загарбницькій політиці початку 1920-х рр.; вказано на наявність державного кордону між УСРР і Королівством Румунії та відсутність політичної угоди й офіційних відносин між державами; досліджено роль Радянської України у спробі встановити радянську владу в Румунії; акцентовано на тому, що саме голова Ради народних комісарів УСРР (далі — РНК УСРР) Х. Раковський координував «румунське питання». Розкрито обставини, котрі сприяли експорту більшовицької революції в цю країну; з’ясовано, що експортом революції в Румунію керувало одеське відділення Закордонного відділу ЦК КП(б)У. Означено причини реорганізації «Закордоту» та ліквідації спецпідрозділу.uk
