Анотація
The paper considers the relevance and demand for the use of bioethanol as an additive to motor fuel worldwide. The advantages and disadvantages of bioethanol production from lignocellulosic raw materials in comparison with traditional raw materials containing starch are considered. A universal resource- and energy-saving heat and mass exchange unit operating on the principle of discrete-pulse energy input and a hardware and technological scheme for preparing wort in the technology of obtaining bioethanol from lignocellulosic raw materials are developed.
