dc.description.abstractenThe dissertation is devoted to the deepening of theoretical positions, the improvement of methodological approaches and the provision of practical recommendations on measures to improve the economic security of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex in terms of its energy component. The essence of economic security in the context of sustainable development is defined. It has been determined that economic security is the basis for sustainable development as one that does not provide for negative impact on society and the environment. Given that energy affects all three components of sustainable development (economy, ecology, society), its role in ensuring economic security is also important. The influence of the unstable functioning of the energy component on the economic security of enterprises behind individual components is considered. It has been determined that the energy component affects the financial (loss of benefits, loss of productivity and revenues, technological pauses that incur additional costs, etc.); technological (accidents, equipment failure, urgent rebuilding of the technological process, etc.) components. It is proposed to consider the management of energy supply not only as a technical process, but also as a management process, which is based on the basic functions of management. Based on this, the definition of the concept of "energy management" is proposed - this is the process of planning energy consumption, searching for alternative sources of energy supply or energy resources, organizing energy supply by signing relevant contracts with suppliers, motivating employees to reduce energy consumption and controlling the process of energy supply and its consumption. Approaches to assessing the level of economic security of enterprises are systematized and developed, the specifics of financial and economic activities of small and medium enterprises are determined, and on their basis requirements for conducting an assessment for such business entities are formulated, a composition of indicators is proposed for assessing the level of economic security energy security indicator at the micro level. A conceptual scheme for managing the economic security of small and medium-sized enterprises has been proposed, which takes into account the organizational and economic features of their operation and provides for the possibility of conducting a rapid analysis of the economic security of such enterprises, which can significantly reduce financial, time and personnel costs. The impact of the energy market of Ukraine on ensuring the economic security of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex has been assessed. It was determined that the modern model of the functioning of the energy market of Ukraine does not always have a positive effect on the profitability indicator, since market pricing and tariff formation do not allow planning energy supply costs. Enterprises are energy-dependent, which exacerbates the impact of energy on the economic security of the enterprise. Despite the increase in tariffs for energy supply, the quality of the service does not always increase, and the demonopolization of the market does not always allow for choosing an energy supplier, especially for rural settlements. The indicators of the quality of energy supply in Ukraine in comparison with EU countries are considered. It was determined and confirmed that the stability of the energy supply of rural settlements has a much lower level. Considering the structure of energy generation in Ukraine, the role of alternative energy in it is defined. Analyzed the use of agricultural enterprises for energy generation from renewable energy sources. Enterprises of the agro-industrial complex have a significant potential for alternative energy generation due to access to raw materials at low prices, or they can take raw materials formed in the course of their economic activity. Solar energy does not require the cost of raw materials. At the same time, the financial capabilities of agricultural enterprises are higher due to the high level of profitability of their activities. Based on the analysis and formed theoretical positions, directions for enhancing the energy security of enterprises were determined and a system was proposed for managing the economic security of an enterprise, which is based on the energy component, considers energy supply as a management process, and provides for the use of alternative energy generation by enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. It was proposed methodological provisions for determining the state of economic security, which are based on the energy paradigm; proposed the use of mathematical regression, which allows you to make a prognostic assessment of the level of economic basis of small and medium-sized enterprises of the agro-industrial complex based on the variation of the indicator of the energy supply of the enterprise. This allows you to reduce the process of evaluation and simplify it for the needs of small business entities.uk
dc.description.abstractruДиссертация посвящена углублению теоретических положений, совершенствованию методических подходов и предоставлению практических рекомендаций по повышению экономической безопасности предприятий агропромышленного комплекса в части ее энергетической составляющей. Определена сущность экономической безопасности в контексте устойчивого развития и энергообеспечения, сформулирована дефиниция «управление энергообеспечением» и усовершенствован процесс управления энергообеспечением. Выявлена определяющая роль энергетической составляющей в обеспечении экономической безопасности предприятий. Систематизированы и развиты подходы к оценке уровня экономической безопасности предприятий, сформулированы требования к оценке для малых и средних предприятий, предложена композиция индикаторов для оценки уровня их экономической безопасности. Оценено влияние энергорынка Украины на обеспечение экономической безопасности предприятий агропромышленного комплекса. Проанализировано использование сельскохозяйственных предприятий для альтернативной энергогенерации. Определены направления усиления энергетической безопасности предприятий и предложена система управления их экономической безопасностью, которая базируется на энергетической составляющей, рассматривает энергообеспечение как управленческий процесс, и предполагает использование альтернативного энергогенерирования предприятиями агропромышленного комплекса.uk
dc.description.abstractukДисертацію присвячено поглибленню теоретичних положень, удосконаленню методичних підходів і наданню практичних рекомендацій щодо заходів підвищення економічної безпеки підприємств агропромислового комплексу в частині її енергетичної складової. Визначено сутність економічної безпеки в контексті сталого розвитку та енергозабезпечення, сформульовано дефініцію «управління енергозабезпеченням» та вдосконалено процес управління енергозабезпеченням. Виявлено засадничу роль енергетичної складової у забезпеченні економічної безпеки підприємств. Систематизовано та розвинуто підходи до оцінювання рівня економічної безпеки підприємств, сформульовано вимоги до проведення оцінювання для малих і середніх підприємств, запропоновано композицію індикаторів для оцінювання рівня їх економічної безпеки. Оцінено вплив енергоринку України на забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємств агропромислового комплексу. Проаналізовано використання сільськогосподарських підприємств для альтернативного енергогенерування. Визначено напрями посилення енергетичної безпеки підприємств і запропоновано систему управління економічною безпекою підприємства, що базується на енергетичній складовій, розглядає енергозабезпечення як управлінський процес і передбачає використання альтернативної енергогенерування підприємствами агропромислового комплексу.uk
