Анотація
Frequency dependences for the amplitude and initial phase of the variable
component of the Faraday effect are obtained. It is shown that when a magneto-optical
crystal is placed between a magneto-passive substrate and a magnetostrictive ferite, the
mechanical stresses in the crystal are additionally enhanced under the conditions of
magnetomechanical resonance. An additional increase in the variable component of
the Faraday effect can reach 50% compared to a single-layer structure. It is shown that
the type of modulator under consideration is characterized by an initial phase delay of
the variable component of the Faraday effect up to 30–60 at the time of resonance
