Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора педагогічних наук за спеціальністю 13.00.05 – соціальна педагогіка. – Державний заклад «Луганський національний університет імені Тараса Шевченка», Старобільськ, 2021. У дисертації обґрунтовано теоретичні і практичні засади превенції соціального сирітства в умовах територіальної громади міста. Представлено історико-ретроспективний аналіз проблеми та визначено основні її аспекти: соціально-філософський, соціологічний, юридичний, психологічний, соціально-педагогічний. Розкрито сутність, зміст та особливості превенції соціального сирітства, визначено її види, структуру, основні складники, функції та специфіку реалізації в умовах територіальної громади міста. Схарактеризовано параметри територіальної громади, розкрито сутність та специфіку міжвідомчої взаємодії її суб’єктів як організаційно-функційних умов превенції соціального сирітства, види патронату (соціально-педагогічний, соціальний, опікунський, постпіклувальний). Представлено діагностику стану готовності суб’єктів територіальної громади міста до розв’язання проблеми соціального сирітства. Обґрунтовано, розроблено та експериментально перевірено систему соціально-педагогічної роботи з превенції соціального сирітства в умовах територіальної громади міста.

Dissertation for degree of the doctor of pedagogical sciences in specialty 13.00.05 – social pedagogy. – Public Institution «Taras Shevchenko National University of Luhansk», Starobilsk, 2021. The dissertation substantiates theoretical and practical principles of prevention of social orphanhood in the territorial community of city. The historical and retrospec-tive analysis of the problem of prevention of social orphanhood is presented, the main stages of its formation and development in domestic and foreign public practice are determined. The main aspects, based on interdisciplinary analysis of given problem are determined, such as: socio-philosophical, sociological, legal, psychological, socio-pedagogical. The essence, content and features of prevention of social orphanhood as a direction of socio-pedagogical activity are revealed; its types, structure, main components, functions, orientation and specificity of realization in the territorial community of city are defined. The parameters of the territorial community of city as a subject of prevention of social orphanhood are characterized. The essence and specificity of interagency partnership and inter-sectoral cooperation of community entities as organizational and functional conditions of prevention of social orphanhood in TC of city are revealed. The diagnostics of existing state of the territorial community subjects’ readiness to solve the problem of social orphanages are presented, the level of their resource potential to implement the prevention of social orphanhood is determined. The system of socio-pedagogical work within the TC of city, based on a socio-pedagogical model is substantiated and meaningfully developed; moreover, it is considered to be an open, complex, material, living, organic deterministic and purposeful social system which represents a certain integrity, consisting of a set of various by its nature and purpose complex of components: a whole-effective, object-subject, meaning-technological, environmental, resource. The stages (preparatory, basic, final) and mechanisms of introduction of the system in four directions are given: 1) social and pedagogical work within families with children; 2) socio-pedagogical work with young people; 3) social work on involvement and intensification of members of city community to solve the problem of prevention of social orphanhood and creation of socio-supporting and favourable environment to children, families and youth on the basis of TC of city; 4) preparation of professional community for preventive work with family, children, youth within the territorial community of city. Scientific, methodological and technological support of system-complex organization of socio-pedagogical work of the territorial community of city regarding prevention of social orphanhood are developed and tested in practice: socio-pedagogical (pre-crisis) patronage, social (crisis) patronage, trustees (family) patronage, post-custodial (post-boarding) patronage which are the forms of accompanying families with children and technologies of prevention of social orphanhood in TC of city. The criteria and levels (high, sufficient, low) of effectiveness of social and pedagogical work on prevention of social orphanhood within its components are determined: 1) socio-pedagogical work aimed to families with children – a comprehensive criterion for assessing educational and socio-rehabilitation potential for family which includes: social and legal, psycho-logical and pedagogical, socio-cultural, medical criteria and criterion of psycho-emotional background; 2) socio-pedagogical work with young people – cognitive and value-behavioural criteria; 3) social work on involvement and intensification of city com-munity for prevention social orphanhood and creation of the socio-supporting environment in community – a comprehensive service and technological criterion and a comprehensive criterion of subjective socio-communicative interaction of social institutions in city (criterion of a fact and criterion of quality of interagency process, intersectoral partnership on realization of prevention of social orphanhood); 4) preparation of professional community for preventive work with family, children, youth within the TC of city – the criteria are: theoretical, practical and psychological readiness of subjects for implementation of prevention of social orphanhood in terms of TC of city. The effectiveness of the system of prevention of social orphanhood in territorial community of city is tested, further prospects of research and experimental work are determined.
