dc.description.abstractЗапропоновано інтелектуальну систему підтримки прийняття рішень для оцінювання поточного стану пацієнтів медичного закладу. Система базується на онтологічній базі знань, нечіткій ситуаційній мережі та продукційних правилах і дає змогу знаходити потенційно кращі рішення як під час переведення пацієнта з одного штатного поточного стану в інший бажаний, так і в нештатних ситуаціях. Для вибору рішень запропоновано вербально-числовий метод оцінювання альтернатив, що автоматизує та пришвидшує пошуккращого рішення. Також розроблено схему нечіткого логічного виведення з урахуванням ступенів достовірності та важливості знань
dc.description.abstractotherOne of the main reasons for the low level of activity of medical institutions is the extremely weak use of modern artificial intelligence systems, in particular decision support systems. This article solves the problem of making potentially better decisions when extraordinary situations arise regarding the current condition of patients. The goal is to increase the efficiency of the activities of medical treatment and diagnostic centers (MDCs). The problem of management when extraordinary situations arise is associated with the presence of a large amount of information, its uncertainty and contradictions. This problem is proposed to be solved using an intelligent decision support system built on the basis of an ontological knowledge base using a fuzzy situational network. This approach allows you to find a potentially better solution both when moving from one regular situation to another desired one, and to find an effective solution when an extraordinary current situation arises. To solve the problem of evaluating and choosing a potentially better solution, a verbal-numerical method of evaluating alternatives is proposed, which, unlike existing methods, allows you to automate and significantly accelerate the procedure for finding a potentially better solution. Also, as an alternative to the verbal-numerical method, a scheme of a mechanism for fuzzy logical inference of potentially better solutions using degrees of reliability and importance of knowledge is proposed.
