The graphic part is made on 4 sheets of A1 format and includes: 3-D models and drawings of parts and blanks, schemes of technological transitions of operation 005 of the technological process of manufacturing parts "linear bearing housing" and assembly drawings of devices for operations 005 and 010. The explanatory note includes two sections: technological and design. The explanatory note also includes: - drawings - 35; - tables - 11. At the end of the course work is a list of references and appendices, including operational technological process and sketch maps.his paper presents an in-depth study of machining and milling processes, focusing on the essential principles and methodologies that underpin these critical manufacturing techniques. The thesis consists of 64 A4-sized sheets and draws upon a total of 20 literature sources, including reference books and scientific papers. Chapter 5 of this thesis extensively discusses the issue of burr formation during drilling. The mechanism behind burr formation is thoroughly examined, followed by an exploration of methods to prevent and reduce burrs by altering the drill's geometry. The overall objective of this work is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the technological aspects involved in preparing the manufacturing process for producing a part bearing housing. However, there are different manufacturing processes to obtain a part. But in this study, the process chosen were casting and finally machining to required standard with consideration to choice of material. This project work is focused on the design and manufacturing technological processes of producing a part. Firstly, the part was studied to see the feasibility of its manufacturability, with respect to (DFM), Hence, the part was designed. Furthermore, the technological processes which involved: Analysis of the part in the assembly unit, the type of material for production, taken into account The condition of service environment, the size and weight of the part, best locating scheme. Production, the cutting tools and its cutting forces, the production type and the choice of machine were all integrated into the study. Hence, the economic indicators of the production technology of the part are presented.
