    Comparative analysis of the assessment of the psycho-emotional state of students after completing the Max Luscher color test

    The period of study at a university for young people often coincides with the age crisis of transition from youth to maturity, during which emotional, intellectual, conative (behavioural) processes reach their peak of development with the simultaneous maximum disclosure of the spiritual and moral foundations of the personality. This age period is manifested by the active construction of semantic and goal-setting constructs, which often determine the further course of life. During this period, there is a transition from formed psychological security, developing on the experience of collective overcoming of difficulties, to the disclosure of psychological culture, determining an autonomous way of developing a life position and individual acceptance of life in general. Together, these two qualities make up a single whole - the psychosocial stability of the individual which allows a person not only to accumulate a large comprehensive experience of interaction with the environment and build his own life position, but also to develop abilities that allow him to pass on professional and life experience to other people and generations. In the context of the modernization of the higher education system of Ukraine, in connection with the dynamic changes taking place in our country, competitive specialists are being trained, whose important professional characteristics are a positive attitude to activity, emotional stability, predictability of personality development. Modern students, experiencing high intellectual and emotional stress during their studies at a university, today often have a negative dynamics of attitude to educational activities. One of the reasons for this situation is a decrease in their stress resistance. The study of the processes of regulation of activity, mental states, psychological resistance to stress, in particular among students of such future professions as "person-person", for students of technical education, is today more than ever a relevant area of scientific and practical research in psychology, which must certainly lead to the creation of effective preventive methods of counteracting stressors - at least in professional activities.     Movement activity as a means of increase indicators of students’ physical Fitness

    The article revealsthe impact of motor activity on improving the indicators of physical fitness of students. Physical education is a system of socio-pedagogical activities aimed at strengthening health, hardening the body, harmonious development of forms, functions and physical capabilities of a person, formation of vital motor skills and abilities. The modern educational process of institutions of higher education most often leads to the deterioration of the health of students. The reasons for it include high mental workloads, intensification of the educational process and its existing orientation, which is based on the predominance of static loads, which contribute to the artificial reduction of the amount of voluntary motor activity of students, the consequence of which isa decrease in work capacity, the general reactivity of the body and an increase in morbidity.An analysis of the effectiveness of the impact of physical exertion on the health of students of education was carried out. After all, today there is a significant trend towards the deterioration of the state of health among pupils and students. It was found that one of the reasons is a sedentary lifestyle and a low level of physical activity.The level of motor activity and physical fitness of students was studied.It has been proven that properly organized motor activity can correct this situation. In our opinion, it is in physical education classes in educational institutions that it is necessary to actively promote the formation of motor activity and increase the level of physical fitness.

    The general cultural aspect of professional training of students by means of physical education

    The health of young people is a socially significant category of society, the most important condition for the successful implementation of professional knowledge, skill, creative activity, and performance of future specialists. It has long been an axiom: good physical fitness during student years is the key not only to health and successful mastery of educational material, but also, in the future, highly productive mental and physical labor, the birth of healthy children, active longevity and many positive phenomena associated with this. Therefore, physical culture, presented in higher educational institutions as an academic discipline that promotes the harmonious development of the individual, is an integral part of higher education. The program of the discipline “Physical Education” states that the goal of physical education of NTUU “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” students is the formation of physical culture of the individual and the ability to purposefully use a variety of means of physical culture, sports, and tourism to preserve and improve health, psychophysical training, and selfpreparation for future professional activities.The capabilities of physical culture in achieving these goals are determined by the functions it performs biological, informational, aesthetic, communicative, hedonistic, compensatory and several others. Along with this, in modern society, physical culture has begun to perform the functions of a social institution that helps the future specialist to navigate well in market conditions. For this purpose, means of physical education are used to develop students' managerial readiness, desire for leadership, and success. As a result of combined educational and physical culture-sports activities, students also develop socially significant qualities: social activity, independence, self-confidence, ambition. The task of physical education at a university is not only to develop certain physical skills and abilities in students, to increase the level of physical fitness, and to improve physical qualities. During the training process, future specialists must master the system of scientific, practical, and special knowledge necessary to understand the natural and social processes of the functioning of the physical culture of society and the individual. This article will help students understand the essence, objectives, goals and possibilities of physical culture and sports in a wide range of their manifestations.
