This article analyzes the impact of the war on the labor market in Ukraine. It compares the state of the market before the start of the conflict with the current state, looking at structural changes, employment and unemployment rates, and the impact on the incomes of the population. The article also focuses on the specifics
of employment and social protection for veterans, internally displaced persons, and minorities. It evaluates government policy and recommends necessary reforms, support for entrepreneurship, and investment in infrastructure development. The final conclusions emphasize the importance of an integrated approach and the
cooperation of various parties.
