People with high emotional intelligence have developed self-awareness, self-control, social understanding and are able to manage relationships with other people. Generalization of the most famous scientific approaches to the study of emotional intelligence allowed to dwell on the model of emotional intelligence which in content and structure represents a set of such abilities: perception and identification of emotions; managing emotions and feelings, both of oneself and of others; understanding of emotions; facilitation of thinking. Human emotional intelligence is formed during his/herlife. Adolescence is the most sensitive to the development of emotional intelligence, because it is at this age period that intellectualization of all mental processes occurs, when "emotions can become intelligent" and "intelligencecan become emotional" due to the coordinated interaction of the right and left hemispheres of the brain. Emotionality plays an important role in the development of emotional intelligence. In adolescence, on the one hand, there is a complication and instability of the emotional sphere of personality, intensification of emotions and feelings, their intensity and diversity; and, on the other hand, the ability to self-regulate, the ability to slow them down with the help of willpower, are emerging and developing. This enables the teenager to consciously construct his / her self -concept, his / her own value system, personal outlook and develop his / her emotional intelligence. These data were confirmed by the experimental study, which was carried out by comparing two groups of adolescents: the Lyceum students –a close-knit student group and members of the circle of "Psychological Studies", who were able to increase the level of psychological competence through self -discovery and development of emotional sphere. The adolescents –members of the circle showed higher rates of most components’ development of emotional intelligence than the adolescents students of Berdiansk Lyceum, who hadn’t had this training. Thus, we are convinced that the emotional intelligence of adolescents can be developed under the condition of purposeful psycho-corrective influence, with the use of interactive methodsДокумент Відкритий доступ Comprehensive Psychological Analysis of The Features of Emotional Burnout Among IT Specialists: The Ukrainian Labor Market(LUMEN Publishing, 2022-06-30) Rybinska, Y.; Loshenko, O.; Kyrylenko, T.; Kondratieva, V.; Serbova, O.; Stebaieva, O.The article includes an analysis of the symptoms (occurred at the stages of formation) of emotional burnout of IT workers in the labor market of Ukraine in accordance with experience in the profession, type of programming - BackEnd, FrontEnd and kind of work organization involving absence and presence of communication with the client within the project. The use of the method of Victor Boyko determined the symptoms of emotional burnout. The study involved 75 programmers, divided into three groups based on the duration of professional experience including up to 5 and 10 years, and more than 10 years. The study revealed the opposite trend between work experience and the main symptoms of emotional burnout occurring at the already formed stage and the phases of “resistance” and “exhaustion” marked by the decrease in the percentage of formed symptoms and increase in the percentage of symptoms at the stage of formation. The FrontEnd group demonstrated the most pronounced symptoms of emotional burnout as a manifestation of the simplification of emotional emphasis in the profession. The BackEnd showed the symptoms of emotional burnout as a manifestation of the simplification of professional responsibilities. The severity of symptoms of psychosomatic and psych vegetative disorders and self-dissatisfaction occurred in the FrontEnd group at the stage of symptoms formation of emotional burnout. The research did not show the already formed symptoms in this group. The study revealed the peculiarities and differences in the rates of economic socialization of children with disabilities and physically healthy children, which are conditioned by the circum stances of life and the features of individual psychological and group characteristics of these groups of children. The ways, organizational forms and conditions that allow the inclusion of a disabled child in economic relations are identified; complex diagnostic tools were developed and tested to study the external and internal factors of economic socialization of children with disabilities. In the process of specially organized activity, which includes elements of economic knowledge, self-knowledge, value analysis and real practical actions, it is possible to promote enrichment of values and formation of elements of intrinsic motivation for the economic activity of the child. Today, the world's attention is riveted to Ukraine because of the war with the Russian Federation and counteracting the spread of fake news is more relevant than ever. That is why it is essential to highlight practices and interpretations of fake news from three perspectives: the perception and attitudes toward it, perceptions of interacting with it and opinions about countering it. Aim. The article aimed to shed light on three perspectives related to fake news: the perception and attitudes toward it, perceived interaction with it and opinion on counteraction it from various stakeholder groups. Methods: expert interviews, content analysis, qualitative analysis and supporting strategies: abstraction, deduction, contextualisation, interpretive content analysis and its "contextual" analysis. Results. Our research indicates that Ukrainian media users single out the following threats posed by fake news: panic, disappointment, and change in worldview. In addition, Ukrainian media users search for opinion leaders who can offer information credibility assessments. They are sure that supporting activities concerning credibility information could be checking scientific databases, searching for contradicting information, and collaborating between media users, media organisations, scientists, communication managers, journalists and other important actors in the media ecosystem. Conclusions.
