V.The article considers the problem of corrosion in aquatic environments, which is relevant for water circulation systems in municipal services. The effectiveness of various corrosion inhibitors, in particular OEDPC, TPFN, NTMPK, GMFN, hypan and their compositions with zinc ions (Zn2), in tap water of Kyiv city was studied by massometry. It was found that some of the studied compounds, in particular hypan and GMFN in combination with Zn2, provide a high degree of protection of St3 steel - up to 96%. It was found that the effectiveness of inhibitors depends on their concentration and the presence of a synergistic effect when used in combination with metal ions. Ігоря Сікорського, 2025) Andreiev, IgorThe features of the flow of Newtonian fluids between flat fixed walls that converge and in a flat symmetrical rectangular channel that narrows are considered. It is proposed to determine the decrease in the mixture flow rate in a rectangular channel compared to the flow between the plates using the braking coefficient . A graph of the dependence of the braking coefficient on the ratio of the sides of the cross-section of the rectangular channel is constructed. 2 formulas are proposed for calculating the braking coefficient. A comparative analysis of the proposed formulas gives a good convergence of the calculation results, the average approximation error is 0.0126%, which indicates a high level of coincidence of the regression equation with a more complex analytical formula.
