Анотація
The paper outlines the author’s views on the origin of the poems about love. He puts forward the ideas that this theme is opposed to that of the war, as exemplified in the paper by the verses by Callinus and Thyrteus, while love verses are rather composed by female authors as illusted by the VII century BC female poet, Sappho.
