dc.description.abstractМетою проведеного дослідження є спроба обґрунтувати важливі інвайронментальні цінності в системі землекористування в умовах сьогодення та післявоєнний період. Методологічну основу проведеного дослідження склали наступні методи: метод теоретичного аналізу, метод аналізу, порівняння та наукового узагальнення. Визначено найбільш пріоритетні інвайронментальні цінності у системі управління земельними ресурсами у післявоєнний період, такі як подолання екологічних проблем, координація зусиль задля дотримання екологізації виробництва та ефективного управління земельними ресурсами, глобальна переоцінка цінностей в системі управління земельними ресурсами, впровадження економічного інструменту управління землекористуванням, переоцінка цінностей, що переозброєна на економічний та екологічний розвиток виробництва, формування нового світогляду, відродження селянина як господаря на землі.
dc.description.abstractotherThe purpose of the conducted research is an attempt to justify important environmental values in the land use system in the conditions of today and the post-war period. The following methods formed the methodological basis of the conducted research: the method of theoretical analysis, the method of analysis, comparison and scientific generalization. The obtained results represent a scientific basis for their implementation in the practical activities of local bodies of the State Geocadastre of Ukraine. The article summarizes views on defining the essence of environmentalism. It is substantiated that the principle of environmentalism is used in the land management system of such foreign countries as Africa, Scotland, India, and Sweden. It has been established that in foreign countries there is an inherent ecological and environmental consciousness, which implies an encouraging qualitative paradigm of land use and humanity as a whole. The most priority environmental values in the land resource management system in the post-war period have been determined, such as overcoming environmental problems based on the ecological assessment of the territory, developing land conservation plans, diagnosing soil samples, carrying out remediation measures; coordination of efforts to comply with environmentalization of production and effective management of land resources on the basis of gradual reconstruction of damaged and destroyed infrastructure, environmentalization of technologies and means of production; global reassessment of values in the land management system based on the introduction of measures to increase the efficiency of production on land; implementation of an economic tool for land use management through the introduction of subsidies, grants, and the possibility of grant financing; revaluation of values, which is retooled for the economic and ecological development of production, the formation of a new worldview due to the progressive development of the agricultural industry and the establishment of production capacities; revival of the peasant as a master on the land.
