| dc.description.abstract | У сучасному світі, де якість виробу відіграють важливу роль, ключовими факторами успіху є методи друку. Один з найефективніших та універсальних виду друку, який набуває все більшої популярності, є трафаретний друк. Його використання вирізняється чималим рядом переваг, які впливають на якість друку та його застосування у різних галузях виробництва. Метою даного дослідження є покращення технологічного процесу трафаретного друку, а саме удосконалення механізмів періодичного руху у приводах конвеєру трафаретного друку. Об’єкт досліджень – процес періодичного руху. Предмет досліджень – характеристики, що визначають технологічні параметри процесу періодичного руху за допомогою мальтійського хреста. Для виконання поставленої у роботі мети використано основні положення теорії періодичного руху. Дослідження були проведені шляхом раціонального поєднання теоретичних підходів та застосування математичного моделювання. | |

One of the most effective and versatile types of printing, which is gaining increasing popularity, is screen printing. Its use is distinguished by a considerable number of advantages that affect the quality of printing and its application in various industries. The purpose of this study is to improve the technological process of screen printing, namely, to improve the mechanisms of periodic motion in the drives of the screen printing conveyor. The object of research is the process of periodic motion. The subject of research is the characteristics that determine the technological parameters of the process of periodic motion using the Maltese cross. To achieve the goal set in the work, the basic provisions of the theory of periodic motion were used. The research was conducted through a rational combination of theoretical approaches and the use of mathematical modeling. | |
