dc.description.abstractДосліджено вплив «Європейської зеленої угоди» на трансформацію промисловості ЄС у контексті декарбонізації, енергоефективності та впровадження циркулярної економіки. Установлено, що головними механізмами реалізації екологічної політики ЄС є система торгівлі квотами EU ETS, механізм вуглецевого коригування CBAM, регуляторні вимоги до промислових викидів та фінансова підтримка інноваційних екологічних проєктів. Доведено, що ці заходи сприяють модернізації виробничих процесів, проте супроводжуються значними фінансовими витратами, технологічними бар’єрами та нерівномірністю їх впровадження серед країн-членів ЄС. Метою дослідження є аналіз ключових проблем адаптації промисловості до вимог «Європейської зеленої угоди» та розроблення рекомендацій щодо оптимізації цього процесу. Використано методи структурного аналізу, системного узагальнення та порівняльного підходу, що дозволило оцінити вплив екологічних ініціатив на виробничі процеси та конкурентоспроможність підприємств. Виявлено, що основними проблемами впровадження декарбонізаційних заходів є висока вартість модернізації виробництва, недостатня інфраструктурна підтримка водневої енергетики та CCS, регуляторні труднощі та диспропорції в розвитку країн-членів ЄС. Доведено, що для адаптації промисловості необхідні гнучкі механізми державної підтримки, стимулювання розвитку низьковуглецевих технологій та фінансування модернізації підприємств. Практична цінність дослідження полягає у формуванні рекомендацій щодо адаптації української промисловості до вимог «Європейської зеленої угоди», що сприятиме підвищенню конкурентоспроможності підприємств на європейському ринку. Визначено, що післявоєнне відновлення економіки України має здійснюватися з урахуванням екологічних стандартів ЄС, що відкриває доступ до міжнародного фінансування та сприяє інтеграції в європейські виробничі ланцюги. Перспективи подальших досліджень включають оцінювання ефективності фінансових механізмів підтримки декарбонізації, аналіз галузевих стратегій скорочення викидів в Україні та прогнозування довгострокового впливу «Європейської зеленої угоди» на промисловий розвиток.
dc.description.abstractotherThe impact of the European Green Deal on the transformation of the EU industry in the context of decarbonisation, energy efficiency and implementation of the circular economy is studied. It is established that the main mechanisms for implementing the EU environmental policy are the emissions trading system (EU ETS), the carbon adjustment mechanism (CBAM), regulatory requirements for industrial emissions, and financial support for innovative environmental projects. It has been proven that these measures contribute to the modernisation of production processes, but are accompanied by significant financial costs, technological barriers, and uneven implementation across EU member states. The purpose of the study is to analyse the key problems of industry adaptation to the requirements of the European Green Deal and to develop recommendations for optimising this process. The methods of structural analysis, systematic generalisation and comparative approach were used to assess the impact of environmental initiatives on production processes and competitiveness of enterprises. It is found that the main problems of implementing decarbonisation measures are the high cost of modernisation of production, insufficient infrastructure support for hydrogen energy and CCS, regulatory difficulties and imbalances in the development of EU member states. It is proved that flexible mechanisms of state support, stimulating the development of low-carbon technologies and financing the modernisation of enterprises are needed to adapt the industry. The practical value of the study lies in the development of recommendations for the adaptation of the Ukrainian industry to the requirements of the European Green Deal, which will help to increase the competitiveness of enterprises in the European market. It has been determined that the post-war recovery of Ukraine’s economy should be carried out taking into account EU environmental standards, which opens up access to international financing and facilitates integration into European production chains. Prospects for further research include assessing the effectiveness of financial mechanisms to support decarbonisation, analysing sectoral emission reduction strategies in Ukraine, and forecasting the long-term impact of the European Green Deal on industrial development.
