dc.description.abstractОб’єктом дослідження є вивчення, повторне проектування та розрахунок очисних споруд. Пояснювальна записка складається з п’яти розділів, в яких описані характеристики вхідної води, вимоги до очищених вод, які повертаються у водойму та їх реальні показники. Описано технологічну схему очистки, повторно розраховано матеріальний баланс. Приведені теоретичні відомості про процеси, які реалізуються в технологіях. По мат. балансу приведено підбір, проєктування та розрахунок очисних споруд, також наявне порівняння отриманих розрахункових даних із реальними. Наведена будівельна частина, а також в цілях забезпечення безпечних та комфортних умов праці на підприємстві проаналізовані небезпечні та шкідливі виробничі чинники, що здатні вплинути на життя та здоров’я персоналу, запропоновані способи їх зменшення. Графічна частина представлена кресленнями та іншими графічними матеріалами на форматі А1 та ілюструє: технологічну схему, ген план хімічного цеху, цех водоочистки, його повздовжній та поперечний перерізи, розріз освітлювача та таблиця вхідної-вихідної води з нормативними значеннями.
dc.description.abstractotherThe diploma project includes an explanatory report consisting of 63 pages, 4 sheets of graphical materials, and 2 appendices. The aim of this project is to independently study a real water treatment system at a large industrial facility and, as a result, to consolidate and expand the knowledge in water treatment acquired during the undergraduate program. The object of the research is the analysis, redesign, and calculation of treatment facilities. The explanatory report is divided into five sections, which describe the characteristics of the incoming water, the regulatory requirements for treated water returned to natural bodies, and the actual performance indicators of the system. The technological treatment scheme is presented, and the material balance is recalculated. Theoretical background of the processes used in treatment technologies is provided. Based on the material balance, selection, design, and calculation of treatment units were carried out, followed by a comparison of theoretical and actual performance data. The construction section is also included. Additionally, to ensure safe and comfortable working conditions, the report analyzes hazardous and harmful production factors that may affect workers’ health and safety, and proposes measures to mitigate them. The graphical part includes drawings and other visual materials on A1 sheets, illustrating the technological scheme, the general layout of the chemical workshop, the water treatment facility, its longitudinal and cross-sections, a sectional view of the clarifier, and a table of input-output water parameters with reference to regulatory standards.
