dc.description.abstractenShows that the study of the technological infrastructure (TI) as a core component of the economic system, as well as evolutionary processes, as determinants of national socio-economic strategies to enhance the competitiveness of Ukraine, is actual scientific problem. Evolution of TI authors of conditional is divided into four phases: phase 1 with 99 per cent of the basic sub-structures (BP) and 1% innovation (IP). At this point, science & technology, as factors ensuring and improving national standards in the fields of defence of the State, competitive economy, the health and intellectual development of the nation, as well as personal security of citizens are missing or have random, erratic nature (consider this phase of the institutionalization of the national economy through the formation of TI); 2-nd stage with 80% and 20% FE PSU. At this point, the science and technology poured into the economy through increased innovation, but this sub-structures develops only productive and creates only economic effect (think this stage technologization of the country's economy through the transformation ratio of TÍ subunits); 3-phase with 60% and 40% FE PSU. At this point, the science and technology reached such a level of development when combined with economic effect is the impact on the social sector (believe this stage technologization of society and its individuals through further transformation ratio of TÍ subunits); 1st stage 4 with 40%, 60% FE. Factors of science and technology to achieve long-term, stable level of economic well-being of the State and its citizens in the developed technological way economy. The social factor in the evolution of TI becomes dominant (consider this phase of socialization of the economy with transformation ratio of TÍ subunits).uk
