dc.description.abstractМетою дослідження є пошук раціональних шляхів відновлення та модернізації України, реального сектору націо- нальної економіки на засадах сталого розвитку. У процесі наукового пошуку використано методи історичного, логіч- ного та порівняльного аналізу, групування, емпіричного узагальнення, програмний підхід до управління змінами. Про- аналізовано динаміку обсягів ВВП з позицій трирівневої моделі класичного економічного циклу. Запропоновано заходи щодо прискореного розвитку реального сектору економіки (АПК, металургія, машинобудування, IT–індустрія). Визна- чено комплекс проблем, які необхідно вирішити для посилення експортного потенціалу ключових сфер індустрії. Про- аналізовано досвід відбудови європейських держав після Другої світової війни за підтримки «плану Маршалла». Запро- поновано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення механізму управління відновленням, модернізацією та розвитком України.
dc.description.abstractotherThe purpose of the research is to find rational ways to restore and modernize Ukraine, the real sector of the national economy based on the principles of sustainable development, strengthen positions in the system of international economic relations with the development of appropriate recommendations of the theoretical and practical areas. In the process of research, methods of historical, logical and comparative analysis, grouping, analytical and empirical generalization, as well as a program approach to change management were used. The tendencies of social and economic development of the country for the period of its independence are considered. The dynamics of GDP volumes is analyzed from the standpoint of a three-level model of the classical economic cycle. Considerable attention is paid to the study of the influence and interaction of numerous factors of the external and internal environment of changes in the cyclical development of the national economy. It has been established that the pre-crisis years of 2008, 2013 and 2021 were successful years of Ukraine's economic development. Measures are proposed to increase attention to the accelerated development of the real sector of the national economy, primarily to the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, the mining and metallurgical and machine-building industries, and the IT industry in the post-war period. A set of problems that need to be solved to strengthen the export potential of these and other sectors of the economy, increase the competitiveness of domestic enterprises in the world markets for goods and services has been identified and summarized. The experience of restoring European states after the Second World War in the implementation of the Marshall Plan is analyzed. The experience of reviving the economy of the Balkan countries after the hostilities in the early 2000s is summarized with an analysis of the results achieved and unresolved problems. Recommendations are proposed for improving the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the restoration, modernization and development of Ukraine.
