dc.description.abstractenMaster's dissertation for master's degree on the topic "Corporate Technologies of Enterprise Management in the Conditions of International Business" (for example, Ltd. "Euroformat Plant")" contains 107 pages, 29 tables, 23 figures, 7 formulas. The list of references counts the 63 names. Actuality of theme. Corporate management technologies play a prominent role in the formation of a competitive and profitable enterprise. After all, they combine the receipt, recording, storage and processing of information, help reduce the timing of all business processes, delay the timely analysis and forecasting of the business activities of the enterprise. Relationship of work with scientific programs, plans, themes. The master's dissertation for obtaining the master's degree was carried out at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Igor Sikorsky" in accordance with the plans of scientific researches of the Department of Management on the topic "Corporate Technologies of Enterprise Management in the Conditions of International Business" (№ DR0117U005640). The role of the author is to reveal the essence of corporative management technologies, their analysis in the enterprise in the conditions of international business and proposals for improving corporate technologies in the enterprise. The purpose of the work is to develop proposals for improving the efficiency of the enterprise by improving the control systems of the corporatist system. Tasks of work include: – improvement of theoretical knowledge in the sphere of corporative technologies of management; – to investigate the existing corporative management system at the enterprise and identify its disadvantages; – to develop recommendations for the improvement of corporate management technologies at the enterprise. The object of research is the process of managing corporative technologies at the enterprise. The subject of the work is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of analysis, evaluation and development of corporate management technologies. The following research methods were used in the master's thesis: comparative and graphical (for the analysis of corporate technologies at the enterprise), index (for choosing the optimal version of the implementation project), econometric and mathematical and other methods of economic substantiation, as well as systematization and generalization (for the development of recommendations for improvement of corporate management technologies at the enterprise). Elements of scientific novelty consist of: – the existing and existing provisions regarding the concept of corporative technologies of management are specified and deeply improved; – improved system of methods of analysis of corporate management technologies in the enterprise; – the main measures for improvement of corporate management technologies at the enterprise are offered. Practical significance. The evaluation and analysis of corporative technologies presented in the master's thesis can serve as a basis for practical application for the "Euroformat Plant" Ltd., since the proposed project is a new business idea for an enterprise that, based on research results, is cost-effective(Act № 127 of April 20, 2018). dc.description.abstractukМагістерська дисертація на здобуття ступеня магістра на тему «Корпоративні технології управління підприємством в умовах міжнародного бізнесу (на прикладі ТОВ «Завод Євроформат»)» містить 107 сторінок, 29 таблиць, 23 рисунки, 7 формул. Перелік посилань нараховує 63 найменування. Актуальність теми. Корпоративні технології управління відіграють визначну роль у формуванні конкурентоспроможного та рентабельного підприємства. Адже вони об’єднують отримання, облік, зберігання і обробку інформації, допомагають скоротити терміни всіх бізнес-процесів, забезпечують своєчасний аналіз і прогнозування господарської діяльності підприємства. Зв’язок роботи з науковими програмами, планами, темами. Магістерська дисертація на здобуття ступеня магістра виконувалась в Національному технічному університеті України «Київський політехнічний інститут імені Ігоря Сікорського» відповідно до планів наукових досліджень кафедри менеджменту за темою «Корпоративні технології управління підприємством в умовах міжнародного бізнесу» (№ ДР 0117U005640). Роль автора полягає в розкритті сутності корпоративних технологій управління, їх аналіз на підприємстві в умовах міжнародного бізнесу та пропозиції щодо покращення корпоративних технологій на підприємстві. Мета роботи полягає у розробці пропозицій щодо підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства шляхом вдосконалення корпоративних систем управління. Завдання роботи включають в себе: – покращення теоретичних знань в сфері корпоративних технологій управління; – дослідити діючу корпоративну систему управління на підприємстві та виявити її недоліки; – розробити рекомендації щодо удосконалення корпоративних технологій управління на підприємстві. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління корпоративними технологіями на підприємстві. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних та практичних аспектів аналізу, оцінювання та розвитку корпоративних технологій управління. У магістерській дисертації було використано такі методи дослідження : порівняння та графічний (для аналізу корпоративних технологій на підприємстві), індексний (для вибору оптимального варіанту проекту впровадження), економіко-математичний та інші методи економічного обґрунтування, а також систематизація та узагальнення (для розроблення рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення корпоративних технологій управління на підприємстві). Елементи наукової новизни складаються з: – уточнено і поглиблено існуючі положення стосовно поняття корпоративних технологій управління; – удосконалено систему методів аналізу корпоративних технологій управління на підприємстві; – запропоновано основні заходи для удосконалення корпоративних технологій управління на підприємстві. Практична значущість. Представлена в магістерській дисертації оцінка та аналіз корпоративних технологій можуть слугувати базою для практичного застосування для ТОВ «Завод Євроформат», адже запропонований проект – це нова бізнес-ідея для підприємства, яка, виходячи з результатів досліджень, є рентабельною (акт впровадження № 127 від 20.04.2018 р.).
